I love the Staff and level of service at Greeley Dental Health! I’m always treated with kindness and care, the staff, dentist, and hygienist all genuinely care for your health and will do what they can to help you out if you’re in trouble. 10/10 recommend if you need a trusted place! I used to worked in the dental field and can say these folks are highly liked!

Very considerate of my comfort through the procedure. All the dentists I’ve had are very professional and explain the plan of care necessary for my dental health. Wish the staff would wear name tags, because with the masks on, I’m never quite sure who is who. And the only real negative is that between their billing and our insurance, payments are never clear. Would appreciate checking with insurance before doing extras, like panorama X-ray.

Friendly receptionist, and great Hygenist. My concerns were taken seriously and she made me feel comfortable. I am a new patient, very attached to my previous dentist office but everyone made my first visit a positive experience.

My hygienist is super nice and very knowledgeable. I can tell that she loves her job by the way that she interacts with her clients. Dr Martin is a very good dentist. They both treated my with respect

I used to be so scared of the dentist, but not anymore. Dr. Janda is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I had a root canal done a few months ago and was shocked at how painless it was I seriously didn’t feel anything. The office is clean and cozy, and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this dental office.

After moving from out of state, I chose Greeley Dental Health for ongoing periodontal maintenance. Before my very first appointment, the office checked my insurance and clearly explained what would be covered and what I would owe. This initial transparency gave me confidence in their process. My first visit went smoothly, and I scheduled the recommended follow-up. Again, they verified my insurance beforehand and confirmed my cost. Although I did not require the deep cleaning I anticipated, the treatment was more involved than a standard cleaning. I paid the amount quoted and left with my next appointment scheduled. A month later, I received an unexpected bill for $185. When I contacted the office, I was told insurance had not covered part of the visit — despite their prior verification. My insurance company explained that they do not cover two cleanings on the same day. I relayed this information back to the office, and they assured me they would correct and resubmit the claim. They did not. I continued receiving bills. Over multiple calls, I was repeatedly told the account manager was handling the issue, yet no progress occurred and I never received a returned call. I was told it would be escalated — no follow-up. I requested resolution before my next appointment — still no action. I ultimately canceled the appointment due to the ongoing billing problem. Even then, I was told it would be resolved, and it was not. After months of incorrect billing and lack of follow-through, I paid the $185 simply to stop the repeated statements. Based on this experience, I will not return. The consistent failure to resolve a basic billing error and the lack of communication reflect poorly on the office’s professionalism and reliability.

The Dentist was great and also his Assistant! However I went in with Medicare benefits fully active.I went to set up another appointment and was told I had no dental benefits. As they had spoke withI my provider . I then proceeded to call my provider. They listened in on the speaker that I had valid coverage for everything that they had done and in the future.But they still were not satisfied because they couldn't get immediate documentation!!! Even though they verified my insurance was valid and active!!! Medicare than gave them another number for them to call!!! Not sure if I go back to them. Due to this major hassle. Especially since I found this dentist on the Medicare website!!!!! But I do like the dentist.What kind of during the time he spent with me?I really liked him. If I can get past , the front desk unprofessional , conversations prior to my appointment and then after my appointment about my insurance, I will definitely go back.I'll have to see
