To start off, they were able to get me an appointment in a very timely manner. The entire staff was very nice and willing to make my time there enjoyable. Dr. Lundy who worked on my teeth was very knowledgeable and willing to keep me well informed and answered all my questions before during and after the procedure I had done. He even decided to do the procedure close to closing time and having to catch a flight shortly after closing, so I am very grateful for that. I plan to establish care with this office and recommend it to anyone based off my initial visit and first impressions.

Best dental care I’ve ever received. From front desk staff, dentist and hygienists the crew works as a cohesive team. Every hygienist I’ve seen has been so thorough and their customer service is next level. I was even offered a blanket and a stress ball when mentioning my nervousness. Dr. Patel is the most down-to-earth, friendly dentists out there. Her precision and attention to detail is unparalleled. I can’t recommend her and her team enough.

I came here for some dental work. On the surface everything looks wonderful. I should have ran whem i noticed the dentist on the tvs in the lobby acting like an infomercial. I wanted implants and they told me the price. I asked if they could bill my health insurance and they started the process. They called me a few weeks later and said my health insurance approved the work and I was put on the schedule. Only to have them call me back a few days after saying it was denied. I called my health insurance and they said they never submitted anything for review. Came up with another plan and that didnt work out as planned. Then I had 6 teeth pulled with hopes of getting a partial well they then told me they wanted to do a whole bunch of other work in excess of 5000 dollars. I talked to them and said no let's just focus on the uppers right now so they sent me a new quote that was higher. They are very shady. I prepaid over 1000 dollars for treatment and getting that back was excuse after excuse. Other people I have recommended to them and they had a lot of issues as well.

I had an incredibly odd experience here. First off they did a CT on me right off the bat as a new patient (unnecessary for a first time patient nothing major was getting done) girl who is doing this had quite an attitude and the enthusiasm of a rock. She proceeds to tell me that’s how they do things, is an exam and X-rays and then they schedule you again for the cleaning portion of the appointment, which is ridiculous because who has time for that? When I told her the point of me coming here is for my cleaning I have no time to come back and forth for this an cancelled right there and why is the front desk staff not informing people of this over the phone, it was a complete waist of time. I’ve gone to the dentist my entire life and From the attitude to the strange business model I would not recommend this place zero stars if I could this establishment is doing oral surgery on patients when they are not certified oral surgeons

I highly recommend Greeley Dental Care for Implants and I thank them for giving me a smile I am proud of. From the initial consultation they have treated me with the utmost respect and have taken care of me through my journey to give me my smile back. In December 2024, I received top and bottom Implants and I have waited to give this review because I wanted to comment on my entire journey. Dr Dhoon and Dr Lundy are extremely talented and supportive. After the initial surgery Dr Dhoon gave me his personal phone number and asked that I contact him with any questions or concerns, I have never had a Doctor offer that to me. The entire staff is professional and extremely friendly, working with me and my schedule to make appointments work! My job requires me to be all over NE Colorado daily, so appointments take some planning and we have always made it work. If you are going for Implants, this is where you want to go! I haven’t had to have an extensive dental procedure since I was a little girl. Today was the day I crossed that bridge, and I had a lot of nerves going into it. Dr. Dhoon took so much meticulous time and care with my particular case, making sure I felt comfortable and safe all along the way. His calm confidence really put me at ease. I also want to thank Azu, the hygienist, whose kindness and gentle presence made the experience so much easier — she checked in on me often and explained each step so I always knew what was happening. I couldn’t believe the level of technology they have in-house, and honestly, I’ve never seen a dental practice run like this before. The staff as a whole was thoughtful, nurturing, and highly competent, with a truly holistic approach. Amazing staff!! Dr Patel listened to my concerns and gently helped me through the processes of my care. Bethanne rocks as a dental assistant.
