Comfort Dental - Greeley

I have been a patient at this facility for 4 years now! I was there when a patient grew angry about her getting the time wrong! When the staff asked to see her text message she received about the time her appointment was, she got the time wrong! Instead of the patient apologizing she threw a tantrum and left. I felt so bad for the staff as they were kind to her and had always been kind to me! It’s hard to stay positive when you have awful people acting crazy! I have never had a bad experience here and have been coming here for years! EVERYTIME I have been here the staff has been bubbly and kind to everyone! The work is great and the staff is professional! Great job comfort dental!!

my family and i came in on Monday. we had the best care. they were very attentive and kind. although they were very busy, they were very good care of us. i will recommend them to other friends and family! also jennifer the insurance coordinator was so great! thanks comfort dental

This place was great! From the moment I walked in the staff was very warm and welcoming! When getting X-rays they were gentle and very informative! I will need a crown, (not my first one)but I knew this was coming! Dr Andrey was super nice! He sat down and explained all of my options to me! When they weren’t working on me I could hear the staff helping an elderly man to a room and they were so kind and patient with him! I will be returning for my dental work here!

The worst I got dentures and they are Ridiculous the gun part is rough so my gun gets raw the teeth have denture push so far down that it's almost all the way between my teeth so it looks like I have stuffed in my teeth all the time the crillet comes down over the tooth so much that my teeth will probably be wore out within a year or 2 Worst customer service I've ever recsaved telling me that my dinners have to look like that that's the way they do it I think I'll add pictures to show you

Just went in yesterday to get a wisdom tooth pulled out that I had broken. Everyone was super friendly and absolutely caring of my safety and health. Throughout the numbing process and the extraction, everything went entirely smoothly and I could not have asked for a better doc and assistant. Thank you so much and I hope everyone gets their teeth done here!

1ST VISIT: Needed new provider after long time, retiring dentist referred me to one that didn't accept Medicare (or tell me until I had a $900 Bill to pay). Happily, Comfort Dental on 10th in Greeley (next to Walgreens) got me in promptly for an initial visit, then scheduled followup cleaning & minor work. Very nice facility, reception, dentist & staff reassuring confirmation of my insurance coverage - and clear disclosure of co-pay I'll need for future work.
