Dr Shin is very kind, patient, and experienced. However, Dr Lee needs to work on his professionalism and attitude towards patients. When my sister, who has been dealing with wisdom tooth pain for a week, asked about scheduling her next appointment, Lee avoided answering her question and told her to take medication. When she asked again, Lee called over his assistant to clarify. My sister started by explaining what Dr Lee had said to her. However, I guess his immaturity has the best of him when he lashes out and says, "She's talking about me like im not even here." This is deeply disappointing for my family and me, who have been going to this dentist for over 5+ years. I stopped coming here after experiencing Dr Lee's inappropriate remarks during my last visit. However, I can't keep quiet over my sister coming home crying and confused about this situation. I am so disappointed. Respect and kindness should be a given in patient care, regardless of how nasty your day is going. I sincerely hope Dr. Lee learns to treat patients with the professionalism and compassion they deserve.

Dr Shin is great!! My tooth filling came out due to another dentist location and he was able to fix it. I’m able to make quick appointments and prompt results. Friendly and considerate and clean. I switched from my old dentist to Dentistar.
