Kintegra Family Dentistry

I'm pretty traumatized from my experience. Don't understand why I was told no room for anyone to come back with me. Plenty of empty chairs. It got so bad, I was looking for jesus! I think I almost passed out from the pain. Tooth was infected. No antibiotics given! 5 days later I am calling my PCP to get something. They didn't talk me through, just talked about what was on TV about me. I was hyperventilating too the entire time. I was so desperate to get the tooth removed, I felt I had no choice once they started but to comply. I was actually afraid I would choke or pass out. Never again.

Jazmin at the 991 W Hudson office was very rude. She was in a hurry and lacks the patience to deal with patients concerns. She tried to tell me that the pain is from the tooth and once its removed, there should not be any more pain. The tooth that is being extracted is not causing pain and telling someone that pulling a tooth will not cause pain after when there is a huge open wound where the tooth was ripped out of the gum is a lie. She cut me off while I was trying to explain a situation and then told me "I'm not going back in forth with you" is unprofessional. A patient and their advocate have a right to express and have their concerns and individual situations heard without hostility. My father in law went in for a tooth extraction and requested stronger pain prescription for after they pull 2 teeth. He is disabled and already takes Tylenol/Ibuprofen for pain. It is not going to be enough to manage his pain from pulling 2 teeth. I know from my own personal experience when I had my first tooth extraction. I did not get something stronger. The next time around , I requested pain killers and I was fine. In trying to avoid his unnecessary pain and the pain potentially raising his blood pressure we requested stronger pain killers but were denied. The nurse denied and the doctor that came in after as well. His stress level was so high from the interactions and fear of the pain afterwards that his blood pressure was too high to proceed with the extraction. Never going back to this location again. They referred him to an oral surgeon to be put to sleep for the extraction. I feel this office does not want to provide the proper care to its patients because they are on Medicaid and would rather send him elsewhere. These poor elderly folks on Medicaid and disability are being mistreated, left in pain and dismissed. That is very sad and should be reported. I have seen this same behavior in other Kintegra locations as well. all other medical facilities that are not Kintegra, the treatment is so much better. They listen to their patients concerns. Kind and respectful and advocate for the patients comfort and safety above all. Why is that?

I love Dr. BRISTOL and her team, Briana, Ashley, Courtney, and the others names that i forgot. Valerie also. Thank you for giving me my smile back. Im so very thankful for all of you. Keep up the good work.

Terrible!! My child had 2 cavities but they refused to get her in a timely manner resulting in the cavity causing pain even after the filling. They refused to fill both cavities at the same time now it has been several months and they still will not schedule for the other filling when I call they say no appointments available to call again next month. At this point I have resulted to using an emergency dentist until we can establish care with another facility

2:30 appointment signed in and was seated , 5:30 still no help or acknowledgment, I left work early to be here and still will have to return . Customer service is 0/10

I was nervous and very anxious but Dr. Jackson was very Kind, warm and professional. She helped to ease my Annoying anxiety And help me to understand everything That was going on and walked me through step-by-step- I highly recommend kintegra Dentistry for any of your dental needs

Dr. Bristol is absolutely AMAZING‼️ She’s very attentive and makes you feel extremely comfortable during your procedure. She also inform you of what she’s doing next just to keep you as calm as possible. I like the dental assistants as well they’re AMAZING TOO‼️
