I have been a patient with the Friendly Dental Cox Rd. location for several years now. Dr. Allen is the BEST! She is so sweet, Friendly, personable, gentle, & does great work! She doesn't just treat you like a number, but actually remembers your name.when you visit. My prior Dental experiences left me anxious & nervous, but Dr. Allen talks me through every step of the procedure and puts me right at ease. The staff is helpful & professional. Everyone is so friendly. I'm always at ease having my teeth cleaned by my hygienist. The doctor is so friendly and thorough. I definitely recommend this dental group. You will not be disappointed.

ThenStaff was very professional and friendly my hygienists did a good job was very gentle. My dentist was very helpful with information. The only thing that I wasn't satisfied with was I didn't get a gift bag with the toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss other than that, I had a pleasant experience.

My anxiety usually goes through the roof when going to any dentist. Not anymore. Dr.Allen was truly amazing! From walking me step by step what she was going to be doing, checking in on my comfort, and not once did I feel rushed. 100% would recommend if you want to feel safe and like a person.

The staff was ok, however the Caucasian woman at the front desk I did not appreciate. She clearly violated Hippa laws when she BLURTED out in front of three other patients that I need quarterly cleanings because I have periodontal disease. This was very embarrassing to me, especially since I had never been told this and I go to the dentist on a regular basis. She needs some additional training. Had I responded inappropriately then it would have made it seem like I was a problem patient. She was very unprofessional, loud and inappropriate and clearly didn’t know what she was speaking about.

Amy is the best hygienist I've ever had! This practice is the BEST practice! Everyone here is FANTASTIC!! I'm glad I found this practice years ago! If you're looking for the BEST dental office look no further, book here!!
