Fox Dentistry

*dental assistant here* I recently had a new patient appointment with Dr. Dani Fox. I have to say this experience wasn’t anything like I expected. first of all, I didn’t get seated until 25 mins after my appointment time. But I understand that the clinic can be busy, so I decided to overlook it. once i’m seated, I realize they have on the screen (right in front of me) the full schedule with everyone’s names and procedures for that day. which is a complete violation of HIPPA. I continued to wait for the dental assistant to start taking x-rays, and everything was smooth sailing with that. once the x-rays were finished, I heard the Dr’s voice at the door saying "you need teeth extracted, I can tell by the x-rays. you want them done today?" no proper introduction, no "hello, how are you?", just straight to what needed to be done. now, at a new patient appointment I was expecting to see the hygienist for probing and a proper cleaning, but apparently this office is only staffed with doctors and I didn't receive either of those. the cleaning lasted no longer than 10 mins, she polished over my teeth super fast and aggressive. not very thorough at all. once it came time for the exam, the Dr kept mentioning extractions. I asked about possibly replacing the teeth, and the only thing she mentioned was the most expensive thing which was an implant. so being a dental assistant, I know there’s most option than that. I had to keep asking about other options myself, rather than being told up front which made me think this is a money grab office. the customer service was not great at all and the appointment felt extremely rushed. lastly, as i’m sent to the front desk to be rescheduled I voiced my concerns on how I didn’t feel comfortable coming back for another appointment, and the lady at the front desk proceeded to say "well, ok you can go now." no one cared to ask why or see what the problem may have been, and this is not how you keep patients coming back. very unfortunate.

Please gather customer service skills and greet patients who walk into your establishment. Fix your door. Be careful with your words as professionals. All Americans are not illiterate. Practice empathy and compassion. After all, building trust and doing God's work goes a long way with patients and building your practice. Patients wouldn't have to pay for copies of x-rays if your business was flourishing. You never know who you may come in contact with. Your judgements that you pass, will be the reason your practice will be judged very soon. God is LOVE.

Absolutely the BEST DENTIST and Staff in Gaston, Cleveland, and Lincoln County!! My Fiance is not in excruciating pain tonight. Thank You so much for getting him in within a couple hours and being completely up front with us about your recommendations. Dr.Fox has the Very Best Bed side Manners we have ever experienced. Dr.Fox is upfront and Honest with you. I would definitely recommend their Office for your Dental Care or Emergency Care.

I’ve had an excellent experience with this dental office! The dentist did a fantastic job fixing some old, failing fillings and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire process. He was attentive to any discomfort and always checked in to ensure I wasn’t in pain. When I had a severe cavity that ended up needing to be pulled, he handled it quickly and professionally with minimal discomfort. The dental assistant was also amazing—super friendly, funny, and made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful. It’s rare to find a dental team that’s both highly skilled and genuinely caring, but that’s exactly what you’ll get here. Highly recommended!

Lisa here, I rate it as a butcher, no place to spit, pieces of filling and tooth left in throat as no place to spit. He was polite and respectful to cover his butchery. Gums damaged bled for 4 days. Non deserving of a medical license per my experience. Stay away.

I started seeing Fox Dentistry several years ago, but as the oldest of my 4 children have aged out of pediatric dentistry I have happily moved them to Fox. I love the friendly atmosphere and attention to details that I get here at Fox Dentistry. They are always welcoming and so willing to work with me to accommodate me - whether it pertains to billing or scheduling needs. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for this family owned business!
