Dental Care at Gaston Day

My experience was here was wonderful!! All staff were gentle, patient and listened to my needs and concerns. I was cold and they were so kind to provide me a warm blanket during my procedure. This is my new favorite dental office for myself and family. Thank you!!!!

This was my first time at this dental office since we just recently relocated to Gastonia from Jacksonville, NC. My wife contacted them to get information and since we had Delta Federal Dental Insurance and no one accepted the federal program we had to wait until the Delta non federal was effective after the federal program ended. The office receptionist would keep my wife updated and whenever she would contact them they were always professional, courteous and helpful. I just went in for teeth cleaning and I can only say that this is an excellent run office. The check in receptionist, the xray technician, dental hygienist and the dentist were all professional, courteous and helpful. All explained everything to me step by step so that I understood the process and the teeth conditions. I highly recommend this dental office

This place is incompetent. I provided my insurance to them before my appointment because they asked for it. It was under my new married name since it is my husbands insurance. I have never had dental insurance under maiden name, ever. After 3 1st appointments I was finally seen. One of which i was turned away and they said they tried calling me but I had no missed calls. I since then had 3 other appointments where work was done. I remember once in the lobby for my first (i.e third appointment) appointment over hearing them saying my insurance was under my maiden name which is incorrect. After a few months after the last appointment. Which was the 6th scheduled appointment. I received bills in the mail under maiden name. On the bill it is for an obscene amount that would only be there if they never ran the insurance. It says days in which they called me to tell me about this only once again no calls in my call history and no voicemails. After 6 voicemails and calls to them unanswered I am writing a review. Beware of this location because they seem to be liars and unable to do their job. If they would answer their phone this would be resolved but instead I am forced to file a civil suit against this location for not running my insurance and causing me high blood pressure. If only they would run the name on my driver's license and insurance policy that was originally provided a month before actually seen. I was pregnant when I was turned away amd im pregnant again now and this is unbelievable that I have to review them to hopefully get an actual response from them... This is the world we live in now I guess. Where you have to do everyone's job for them.

Dental Care of Gastonia is the best in Gastonia. If you are searching for a dentist this is the place. The staff is Amazing from the top to the bottom. I brought my special needs teen here and they treated him like family. He was able to get his dental care without having mom by his side. I also received care and I received VIP treatment. I felt like I was in a dental spa. I can’t wait for my follow up visit. I wish I could give more stars. A very special thank you to Aliyah for her extra special care towards my son. They have a rock solid team here. Book your appointment ASAP you will not be disappointed. Pricing is also very reasonable.

The dental hygienist who met me at the door was kind, easygoing and made sure I was comfortable. She was training someone and as very knowledgeable. Dr. B is great. She is easy to talk to and a skilled dentist who listens to her patients.

First Visit 11-10-25 Receptionist were friendly and helpful, kind that's always a first impression.for me. The Nurse, Hygienist, and Dentist were so nice and easy to talk too sometimes in a place of business they are so intimidating and not easy to talk to or not comfortable talking to Carolyn Belyshev DDS and her Team was Awesome! If I don't like doing business with someone I don't recommend them to others if their is a comment box for suggestions I will comment if my visit was pleasant or not In this case I would recommend Dental Care At Gaston Day! My wife and I highly recommend this dental practice. They have treated us exceptionally well over the last few years. They are friendly, understanding, and great at what they do. From the folks out front to those who work with you in the back, everyone is nice and professional. Dr. Belyshev is great at making those who aren't fond of the dentist comfortable. She is nice, caring, and great at her job!
