Catawba Creek Dental

I came in this morning as a new patient, & left out being a patient for the long haul. Dr. K was amazing and quite informative. His staff are very friendly and welcoming. I will be honest, dentists aren’t my thing but I know oral health is important. I will be back in 6 months for a cleaning, and I’m not nervous about it at all!

I have there alot lately. Everyone is so nice and always explains everything if I have any concerns. This was the first dentist office that went above and beyond in checking out everything and asking me the right questions. I promise you will not be let down. I got my Brother in law to come here and he agrees. My partner will be there tomorrow for his first visit too.

New patient appointment today. Reception was awesome. Hygienist was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I need some extensive dental work and Dr. Karriker explained in layman's terms my treatment plan.. Highly recommend.

My appointment today was a great experience. The clinic was spotless and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back if more dental work is needed.

1 Bad Apple I honestly really did love this dental office, I recently got a tooth not long ago. Now I have part of my gums popping out of my gums so Doc order magic mouth wash on monday ($86) that i cant afford. He told me if it's not covered by my insurance he can change it to something else. So now Wednesday morning I'm just waking up, I called 2 time once about my cleaning appointment for Thursday and I called again about changing my prescription. I was then informed that my info was on the doc deck, the white lady that answered said the doc said if I dont want to use the magic mouth wash its really nothing he can do about. I then informed her that, that isn't what he told Monday when he gave me the prescription. She responded by saying well I wasn't here on Monday. So at this point I'm getting scared because I again have a bone coming out of my gums. So now im thinking either the Doc or this rude individual is getting a kick out of an individual being in pain. I get in my truck may 5 min later to go up and see the doc myself I get a call back that he changed my prescription. When I get there her whole tune change. I kindly tried to talk to her let her how much she scared me and that she told me she wasn't the monday so it was cool for her to make it seem like the doc didn't care to change my prescription and or she was trying to make it seem like I cant afford it on me. She instantly tried to flip it on me say I was rude. No ma'am not one person in that office can ever say I was just rude for any reason, I also let her know she's a very dangerous woman DANGEROUS. Needless to say I canceled my cleaning and I won't be going back. Getting work done in my mouth is scary and I thought I found a great place but it only take 1 person to ruin things.

Dr Kerriker was very compassionate when it came to listening to me about my concerns. I really appreciated the staff and his time to make a difficult time for me without judgment. Thank you all very much! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My family and I was looking for a new dentist and decided to give this place a try. The staff was incredibly nice! Even though it was pretty busy in there, they somehow made me feel like I was the only one there. The dentist was very thorough and explained exactly what I needed without being pushy about it. I definitely recommend this place.
