Aspen Dental - Gastonia, NC

This was by far the best dental experience that I've had in years. My Dental Assistant Emma was very kind and welcoming, "she took the nervous edge away from the very start". Then the Dental Hygentist Heather was very polite, patient, and thorough with the next steps in my care plan. The doctor himself was so kind, patient, and informative. He actually took the time to explain and answer any and all questions age concerns that I had. Thank you to every Aspen Dental Staff that played a role in my visit today!! Yall are the real MVP's!! I have definitely found a new dental home!!

This is the best dentist I've had the pleasure of going too. The staff is so professional and caring. Faith is so awesome, she took the time to help me understand my insurance and the cost of my services. She took the time to break everything down so I could understand it. She had so much patience with me. When she finished explaining it I had a good understanding of everything. Thank you so much Faith for helping me. If I was the owner of this establishment I would never let her go. (I'm just saying). My prayers for everyone that works in this office is that God will continue to bless each and every one of you. Heather is an amazing hygienist. She's very informative and delivers excellent patient care. To add to the comments Dr Murphy and Dr S did an amazing job on my extractions. Wisdom teeth can be extremely problematic and I was never advised to get mine out. I'm so happy that I was able to go through this experience with Aspen Dental. Nothing less than 5 Stars in my book. This office was very professional. Cassie was very knowledgeable during our consultation and Heather was wonderful annd sweet. My husband had Jessica and she was awesome with him. He Hayley’s going to dentist but she talked him through it. I Would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work

Aspen Dentistry truly deserves all five stars! I had a tooth that had broken off into the gum with the nerve being exposed, and every single person there made the entire experience so much easier than I expected. From the receptionist, Faith, who greeted me with kindness, a smile, and helped put me at ease… to the dental assistant, Shania, who was patient, gentle, caring, and so supportive… all the way to Dr. Murphy & Dr. Siri, who explained everything clearly and pulled the tooth quickly and with very little discomfort — the whole team was amazing. I’m grateful for how smooth and professional the entire visit was. I will definitely be using Aspen Dentistry again!

Amazing staff! Makes you feel so comfortable and the doctors are so gentle. I would recommend anyone with dental fear to make this place your dental home. The financial lady will figure out a plan for you and is so professional and non judgmental. Seriously give them a shot!

First let me say im absolutely terrified of the dentist. Shake and cry scared. Dr. Murphy made me feel at ease and comfortable for the 1st time in my life. I have hidden my smile since i chipped my front tooth in 3rd grade. The last several years decay has gotten so bad ive had zero confidence to date or talk to people or anything. I never could have afforded dentures and just accepted my smile how it was. But divine intervention and 4 infected teeth landed me in Dr. Murphys chair. I got financing that i never thought id get approved for...I could never express enough my gratitude for the life changing decision to help me. Im a naturally happy person always laughing n smiling but always hiding it...I am beyond happy n love to smile for everyone now! I have confidence that ive never had before now. The assistant Kaiya was just the sweetest. Very kind and patient staff. Very helpful! I couldn't recommend a place any more than this!! I could go on n on but bottom line is don't doubt check them out!!
