The month of November I went to my orthodontist appointment and they gave me the appointment at 4pm. I then arrived at the time of the appointment and there was a lot of people that some of them even had to stand outside and then I asked what time they would attend me and they told me in a hour. I waited two hours and people that came after me got to get their teeth checked first before me. When I asked why were they going before me when I had gotten here first they said they had an appointment a few hours before mine and my payment was late. But I never had an payments late and they just wanted me to be quiet and not question anymore and one of the receptionists changed my file all the way back so I could be the last to get checked because they didn’t like that I questioned them about the time I was gonna wait for and they wanted to intimidate that I owed them payments when that was not at all true. I am honestly very disappointed about the service of the receptionists, They are very rude and slow. The lady of finance is excessive and very aggressive. They have also dropped dentals tools on my face which was completely unprofessional. If you are thinking about going to this dentist. Please do not, you will get horrible service and the workers are overall rude and slow.

My experience at this office was overwhelmingly unprofessional and frustrating. The staff clearly lacks proper training in hospitality and basic patient care, especially Ursula from The Little Mermaid. I waited nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment time without any acknowledgment or update. The dentist himself made the situation even worse. His behavior came across as condescending and outdated, repeatedly referring to his staff as "my girls," which felt highly inappropriate and uncomfortable. After finally being addressed, I was informed they would not perform a standard cleaning — the entire reason for my visit — unless I agreed to an unnecessary deep cleaning. It felt more like a sales tactic than genuine care. Overall, this place operates with poor professionalism, long wait times, and questionable practices. I strongly recommend avoiding this office entirely.

I had a tooth extracted here and the experience was much better than I expected. The staff was friendly, patient, and explained every step clearly. The dentist made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and the recovery has been smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone nervous about dental work

Came to this dentist because it was about time for my wisdom teeth to come out. It was my first time in a long time that I’d came to any dentist so naturally I was a bit anxious, but everyone was exceptionally kind, and made me feel quite comfortable. Kat was extremely kind, and made me feel relaxed throughout the entire process, informing me about all the options there were, she made everything 100x easier, Thank you Kat !!! The oral surgeon was extremely chill, definitely helped me feel as if I would survive lol. Overall I would definitely come again !!!

I went to Gardena Modern Dentistry because I’d been told I grind my teeth at night and wanted to get it checked out. From start to finish, the level of care I received was unbelievable. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, professional, and seemed truly happy to work there — which made the whole experience that much better. From checking in for my appointment, to getting my teeth scanned (which is so much nicer, more convenient, and more efficient than the traditional molding method), everything was smooth and easy. Betty was the one who worked on me and did a fantastic job reviewing my scan with me thoroughly, making sure I understood everything going on and my options. When I came back to pick up my night guard, the process was just as great — they adjusted it for a perfect fit before sending me home. Kat helped me with checkout, and she was just as friendly and helpful. My experience here was an absolute 10/10, and I’d recommend Gardena Modern Dentistry to anyone looking for top-tier dental care in a welcoming environment.

They were very helpful. I didn’t have upfront money and they figured out a way to set up a payment plan to get everything done. They were informative and patient with all the steps in between. I’m very satisfied with the outcome.
