I’ve been visiting this dental office for all my check-ups, and they always take such great care of me. They keep track of everything and are incredibly professional. The cleanings are top-notch, and they did an amazing job when I needed some dental work done. Even when I had to pay out of pocket once, their prices were very reasonable compared to others. Highly recommend😊

Best dentist experience ever! I hadn’t been to see a dentist for a very long time due to several issues including insurance. But they made the process so quick, simple, and stream-lined for me. All staff are so friendly, honest, and helpful. As soon as I came in, they were quick to help me with everything I needed, including getting MediCal approval for several procedures. When I did have to pay out of pocket for some services, they were extremely affordable. And I’ve been coming back consistently for my cleanings. For the first time in a long time, I don’t feel any pain or discomfort in my mouth and I am very confident in my smile! I highly recommend!

Very kind professional staff. They always go out of their way to take care of me and my family and always willing to work with me putting my wellbeing first over everything else. If you're in need of dental work whatever the situation this is the place to get it done. You will not be disappointed! I've been going to Joeun Dental since mid 2023. I used to live in Anaheim and moved to Lake Forest to be closer to work and still make the drive to Garden Grove for my dentist! From all the doctors to the receptionists to the techs to Gabby, the practice manager, I've never experienced a bad appointment. I've been going to them for cleanings and implants. Even when I kept putting off an infection that was growing, even when I'm obviously not flossing well or often, nobody here has been rude and demeaning to me. Obviously I could do better for myself but other things like mental health and autoimmune chronic pains get in the way of that. Due to my autoimmune, my dental health has suffered from childhood. And I've gone through a lot of dentists. Some have been just straight horrible with customer service, some have made me cry, and some have gotten my " I'm never coming back!" declaration. They've also been working with me and offered a payment plan for the implants. I love that they have a MRI set up in house. And their technology seems to be more of cutting edge, than old fashioned practices. They're very clean and sterile and I'm never concerned with my safety here. While I believe they could do better with phone calls (returning voicemail messages earlier in the day when left on a weekend), every business is not perfect. They can work on that aspect and I see their effort. Gabby is very knowledgeable and if you ever feel rushed by her, it's because she understands the gravity of how serious the case is. Go for a 2nd or 3rd opinion if you need to, but don't put it off- especially if Gabby expresses how urgent it is. Some things can be waited on, some cases cannot. All in all, I was referred after my last dentist completely disappeared and I was experiencing an infection in my implant. Turns out, he did not properly install them. This practice does multiple check ups on your incision site to ensure of your health. They may not have the best bedside manners but they do care about your health and dental safety.

Received great advice from the dental hygienist on how to prevent further build up of plaque under my gums. She demonstrated the proper flossing technique and answered all my questions.

All the staff at Joeun dental are always friendly and professional. Especially Gabbie, the office manager. Dr. Ha did a great job on my crowns and I appreciate that he takes time to explain everything that needs to be done throughly. Our old dentist retired after seeing him over 25 years. My husband and I are very happy that we found Joeun Dental as our new dentist.

The D.r Kang of KCS Health center recommended me to this dental office. That place accept the Medical Pt. Today was my first visit. I felt comfortable with the D.r.he helped me. Friendly he and the staff very professional. I appreciate the knowledge given to me in the consultation.
