This guy tried to rob my mom and all her insurance money. Not to mention he actually did and we had to call the insurance company to make him release the bill in which he did not do anything! But billed out treatments he did not do! Never once explained any treatments to her and did not tell her that her insurance will cover it. Be very very careful and do not trust him. Make sure you get all the receipts and documents for any treatment done. Check with your insurance in 2 weeks as well to make sure. He definitely takes advantage of emigrants elderly and truly is so sad. Unethical and highly immoral. Please do not be a dentist. Will be looking into filing a claim to the dental board for insurance fraud. Edit: correct office per my mom seeing the picture of the office on google. Also you wouldn’t call her back. Pretty sure you don’t call people back or pick up when unless it is involving money.

I give Dr. Huynh Quang a 5 star rating, because he is an excellent dentist. He is honest, and does not overcharge for his services like othesr do. He is caring and makes you feel at ease when you go to his office. I have recommended Dr. Quang to many of my friends, and they are all pleased with his services too. I will continue to recommend him to ayone who is looking for a good dentist. You could not find a nice person like Dr. Quang and his staff. Joanne

BEWARE!! Do not go to his place. This dentist and his staff took advantage of my elderly immigrant mom promising that they would fix her teeth so she could finally chew her food properly. They lied and told my mom her insurance would not cover it and made her pay an additional $500 in cash. I found out that not only did they bill her procedure under MY insurance (ILLEGAL) because they knew it was my mom, but they also billed for additional work that wasn't done. My parents came back a week later to demand for their $500 back and but were waved off by the dentist. They insisted the insurance did not cover it (obviously a total lie). That's NOT the worse part. I don't know what they did but her gums bled for days and she was in pain for almost 2 weeks. I immediately looked for another dentist and we never returned again. In the end, not only did they commit insurance fraud and were paid more than the procedure was worth but they refused to give my mom her $500 back and put her in pain for weeks because this dentist is unskilled. That was literally all the money she had in her bank account. This is the shadiest office ever. They will take advantage of the elderly and those who don't know any better. FYI- after this post, I will also report this to the dental board and call my insurance to report fraud. They thought they could away with this because my folks are old and don't speak English but they messed with the wrong people.

Awful place to go to overall! Dentist have no moral. He takes my money and do a horrible job. Causing more pain and now my teeth is more sensitive. Spend over 3k on 2 teeth. Not to mention the receptionist. Super rude and unfriendly. Waiting time…. Over 1 1/2 hour every time.

Dr. Quang and his staff are awesome! They are very helpful in person and over the phone, easy to schedule with, and kind.

This dentist is amazing! Absolutely wonderful when I was in pain and his staff as well-they relived my pain as promised with very little wait time.
