Professional, kind, and gets the job done! Highly recommend this dental office.

Unprofessional attitude. 0/5 stars if that was an option. I came here for an xray on a tooth that I had a root canal on. The dentist and her niece (also dentist) that works at the office are rude. Dr. Kim Anh Nguyen treats me with little respect due to having a low-income insurance. I told her I was prone to getting cavities despites flossing and brushing consistently. Her answer was "Stop eating so many snacks". She also asked me a confidential question in the waiting area. Office also has outdated tools. Harsh hands and unthorough attitude when cleaning teeth. I will never be back. Other places will treat you better regardless of your income status. She has been sued before for her poor handling of pts.

I got a check up for teeth cleaning last year 2016 in November. I stated to the Dr. that my upper tooth in the far back on the right was experiencing sensitivity when something is too cold or too hot. Her explanation was, "you’re brushing your teeth too hard." She then prescribed me oral medication for my sensitive tooth. A year later, in November 2017, I went back for my annual check up. I told the doctor the same symptoms described above. They took some x-rays and said I needed to do a root canal for that same tooth. I was really frustrated since all of this could have been avoided. I told the doctor and she just pretended that she didn’t know and that it wasn’t her fault. In addition, she’s not very friendly nor helpful. She would always blame the symptoms on the patient rather than coming up with a solid solution and encouraging the patient to do better. Furthermore, she is not at all gentle with your teeth. It almost feels like she’s punishing you for not keeping up with her dental standards. If I could rate them negative stars I would. Please do your research when looking for a dentist and shop around after the first experience. Don’t stick around like me and end up paying thousands of dollars for a root canal that could have been prevented.

Staff was alright, but the dentist herself was rude and very rough with my teeth. Place was also a bit unclean, as there were spider webs dangling around as well as dust and stains just splattered about. Wouldn't really recommend it to anybody

I’ve been going here for more than 10+ years, Dr.Kimanh is a great dentist.

Do yourself a favor, don’t go here. The dentist was extremely disrespectful.

Dr Kim is the best!
