Century Grove Dental Care

Came in for a toothache with no appointment and Hanna and Karla were kind to squeeze me in… they both were very polite and showed sympathy for me. They made me a priority knowing they were fully booked. I been coming to this dentist for 10+ yrs. They are great.

Every doctor here is a specialist. I personally love Dr. Hong’s practice. He is very calm and skillful so it’s easy to relax. I had root canals and fillings on front and back teeth. Before the procedures, Dr. Hong took the time to explain the procedure and that my back teeth had more nerves than most people. I was nervous, but he took his time to do it right. There was very little discomfort and the fillings are smooth. The process was much better than my previous procedures. I would give them a try. People in his office are friendly and detailed. And they call a day ahead of every appointment to remind you come on time. I am really satisfied with their services.

Today, I went to century dental care once again, my favorite doctors Dr. Hong and Dr. Kwon had great service, treating their patients with full respect. They were very nice helping me and guiding me through the way of the checkup. I have a fear when it comes to checkups with teeth and whenever I see these two doctors they decrease my amount of fear, which is why I am glad to come again next time.

I’ve been coming here for more than 10years and everytime they have treated me with respect and with very good professionalism. They suggest options during the consultation at the front which now and I remember they didn’t before, explain in thorough basic knowledge of what works needs to be done. This place is just a money SCAM, I originally wanted to replace a new crown. But they broke my tooth in such a short time, now I need an implant. I had a new crown done here in 2022. A year after, it became loose. They said it was normal and charged me nearly $150 to reinstall it, with no apologies or responsibility taken. (Crowns usually last about 10years, Now I think I was too stupid to pay for the $150, btw the Korean doctor who did my crown was very rude, I told him my crown it smelly. Can he cleans it before reinstall back, he literally ignored me and installed it without cleaning the crown. 4 months later, due to their unprofessional work, my crown was loose again. This time, they tried to brush me off. They blamed my post was too short so the crown kept getting loose. I asked them, if you know that my crown was loose. Why you didn't mention it the first time or the 2nd time? That way I could have installed a new post to secure the new crown. Now that is loose, water and food can get in. And it smells. All they did was just refusing to help. Asked me to wait until it naturally falls off or cut it off and install a new one??? (The owner Hanna was still wanting me to spend more money) My last crown lasted me 10 years. But this was only a little more than a year. I realized they wouldn't help. So I went to a different dentist and get an x-ray they told me I didn't have a post at all. I was even more furious. Later I went somewhere to treat my tooth. They found that my tooth was broken inside due to irresponsible work of my previous dentist. Now I need an implant. THEY ONLY WANT MONEY from me, without solving my problems. I am deeply disappointed and advise against going there.

I’m very grateful for this Century Grove Dental Care place. I did not have an appointment today, but they still saved my daughter from pain. It wasn’t even severe pain but they still did the work fast and diligently. Their highest dentist, the owner of the dentist care place, helped us with warm kindness and made it not that hurt for the best. Thank you sooooo much. Five stars definitely.

On March 31, 2021, I had a root canal treatment and the treatment of three dental crowns in this clinic. One week after the root canal treatment, the tooth with the root canal was in pain. I went back to the clinic and was told that the root canal treatment was very good, and I was worried that the tooth nerve had not been completely cleaned, but they told me that it was periodontal disease and did not admit that the root canal treatment was not done properly. Since I had already installed the crown at that time, I did not follow it further (now thinking about it, I should have solved it at that time). In November this year, the tooth undergoing root canal treatment began to hurt again. At first, I did not care about it, but the pain lasted for a month. There is still a large gap between the crown and the tooth, the root canal treatment is not complete, and the nerve is not cleaned, so today, two and a half years later, it causes my tooth pain and serious infection. The doctor in this clinic is irresponsible, and the receptionist named hanna is also very impolite. She is polite when collecting money and drives people away after collecting money. I hope you will take this as a warning and keep your eyes open, not to be like me, who spent more than 3,000 dollars, more than two years of time, and spent 1,600 dollars to re-do the root canal, not including the cost of re-doing the crown, spending time and money and suffering a lot of pain.
