We have a special needs son and we were referred out by our original dentist to a place in LA which turned out they don’t work on adults. We called around and did several consultations before coming here. They were a blessing ! Dr Lee was so patient with my son and the office staff made him very comfortable. Every other dentist wanted him put under which would cost a lot more. Luckily Dr Lee was willing to work with him. He’s been fine with all his treatments. We ended up switching the kids here.

I visited this dental office urgently because a crown I previously had done had fallen off. I was simply looking for a clinic that accepts my insurance and expected a straightforward re-cementing. Instead, the process became unnecessarily complicated and ended up taking over a month. First, they told me I needed to see an endodontist (root canal specialist), even though my issue was just a detached crown. I went to the specialist they recommended, paid for the exam, and was clearly told that everything was fine and no root canal or additional treatment was needed. After completing that visit, I personally called this dental office, scheduled another appointment, and came back. Surprisingly, they didn’t even seem to know why I was returning and had not requested or prepared the specialist’s report. They then asked me to obtain it myself and made me wait about 30 minutes while they tried to locate the document. What makes this worse is that this was the same specialist THEY referred me to in the first place. Then, instead of proceeding with the crown, they changed their explanation again. This time they said there wasn’t enough remaining tooth structure and that I needed crown lengthening surgery. So once again, I had to go to another specialist (periodontist) for another evaluation. That specialist told me there was no issue and that the crown could be placed normally. Because they kept sending me to different specialists one by one without explaining everything upfront, my crown remained off for over a month while I went back and forth between offices. When they finally presented a quote, it included many items that felt excessive or unnecessary. They also selected crown materials on their own without properly discussing options with me, and the pricing was unreasonably high. When I questioned it, their explanation suddenly changed and they tried to brush it off. What also bothered me was their attitude. Male manager looked back at the dentist behind me, smirked, and shook his head sarcastically while I was raising concerns. That behavior was very unprofessional. I asked to speak with the male manager, and after discussion he admitted what he and apologized. By that point, I had completely lost trust. After wasting so much time because of their delays and inconsistent recommendations, I ended up paying cash at another clinic just to finish the treatment quickly. Overall, I felt misled, subjected to unnecessary referrals and questionable treatment recommendations, and treated more like a billing opportunity than a patient. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to treatment here.

I have been having really bad pain in my molars and made an appointment to this new office. They were able to get me in within two days and help me with the pain and I was even able to get very reasonably priced work done which I was very worried about. The office was very clean and the staff was friendly and very professional I didn’t feel like I was pushed into doing anything I couldn’t afford.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. LEE and associates for a couple of months now. After a previous bad experience we were very reluctant to go to the dentist again. These people are so helpful and understanding. It's like every case, every procedure matters. The go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable with each visit. Not just one person in the office is nice and kind but all we have dealt with have been great. Not to mention it is such a clean and modern environment. Thank you guys for making our visits a good experience.

This office gave me a run around on my authorization and gave me dentures they were very thick and caused me a lot of pain.i feel the work they did was useless I would have not got them had I had known they don't prioritize your needs.it was rushed and poorly the work was done even the receptionist ladies weren't friendly.theu act like u bothered them

First: Karla the front desk receptionist is very professional. Dr. Lee and her staff are very professional I work in a restaurant so customer service is very important to me, and their customer service is amazing. I recommend everyone to come here, as a patient that is nervous I feel really comfortable coming here for treatment. Everyone does a good job here. Thank you Dr. Lee for all your help. It’s close to my house and very convenient.
