I had a great experience at this dental office. Paola explained every step while taking the pictures, which really helped me feel comfortable. Aixa was extremely helpful and made sure I fully understood everything the doctor was explaining. Dr. Mintzer did a thorough examination and took his time to explain everything I needed in detail, which I really appreciated. Vanessa was great at breaking down the bill and assisting with scheduling. Overall, the entire team was professional, patient, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Creative Smiles. I went in for a deep cleaning yesterday, and Carlos was exceptional — very professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He explained everything clearly and did an amazing job. The front desk staff was also very helpful and welcoming, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the great care and customer service. Highly recommend Creative Smiles!

Everybody very proud of their work and get stuff properly done in such a timely manner. Previous dentists have had me waiting 30+ past my appointment time and I was in/out in the same time here. Liz was very friendly and great at getting my x rays done in a matter of minutes. Glad I found this dentist office.

Reception staff was accommodating & informative. Dr Lee was excellent & took the time to explain the procedure. He was patient & thorough with our questions. Mirea was also excellent after my son’s wisdom teeth extraction. . She did a great job with explaining post care instructions & answering questions & my concerns.

I’m going to start by saying I haven’t been to the dentist in years with heavy anxiety from bad experiences in the past. I told the lady on the phone all this before stepping foot in the office the first time. I came in for my first consultation(no insurance) and was greeted with friendly smiles and a very welcoming atmosphere. There were a few red flags right off the bat but figured "ehh give them a chance." These red flags were heavy heavy amounts of dust under all their desk/tables and equipment in their exams rooms(have pictures), their x-ray/computer weren’t working so they kept having to change rooms. Went through with the consultation and felt real comfortable with the dentist and technician. Told them I was going to get dental insurance and come back, they informed they would have to take some more X-rays for insurance so I made this appointment for a month later. Here’s where things change. I came back for my second consultation and walked into an empty lobby with 2 lady’s at the front desk. A stood there for a few minutes and never received a hello, good morning or anything as they joked about a coworker showing up late. After a few minutes one eventually asked "you checking in?" After about 30-40 minutes of waiting(only one in lobby the whole time) I got up and asked if the were running behind. She then led me to the same exam room as before and the first thing I did was look for the dust again. Sure enough it was never cleaned and looked exactly the same from a month ago 🤮. Cynthia then came in an asked if someone was told me the breakdown of my services? I hadn’t been x-rayed, spoken to or anything and the first thing they ask is the price and if I need a payment plan. Then asked if I was ready to have the work done right then! I couldn’t believe it! I went into full anxiety mode as I quickly remembered why I hadn’t been to a dentist in years. She then had more technical issues with the computer and had to take me to the front to finish the discussion. Eveything the dentist & technician discussed and explained to me on the first visit had completely changed and I honestly feel when I went from a cash patient to insurance their attitude changed towards me. I felt like they cared at first to being treated like patient #xxxx with no care or empathy at all In just 2 visits. Called and expressed my experience with Cynthia on the phone after the visit and she said either her or the manager would call back that day. Of course that never happened either I never got work done and I still like the interaction the dentist and I have and that’s the reason for 2 stars and not 1. It’s a shame the front office ruined a hopeful opportunity for me to fix my mouth. I strongly suggest any patient coming here to not ignore the red flags. The dust, dirty walls and constant technical issues instill a solid lack of trust and comfortability, atleast for me.

Don’t come here unless you want to be oversold and overbilled for service. About a month ago I started to connect a level of upsell from them. It hasn’t been the same since some doctors left. Last month I came in for a routine cleaning, the hygienist cleaned me and all that was left was the doctor to check my gums and a quick polish. I ended sitting there for over an hour in the chair after the hygienist cleaned me. Sitting there I started to over hear customers getting the same upsell I was getting for months. The last go around they were telling me I needed to see an orthodontist and that I grind my teeth in my sleep. I should get a night guard. Once they finally cleaned me up they pushed to get me scheduled for an orthodontist and another cleaning in 3 months because they wanted to stay on top of my cleaning. I declined to schedule both. I needed a second opinion. After seeing the second opinion, turns out I physically can’t grind my teeth that bad because of my bite. All the upsell I paid for last year is in question, I can’t get that money back. But I can try to prevent others from the similar mistake. Be cautious if they start upselling you on periogel trays and other service you may need. Also, review your insurance bills carefully they will submit one thing to your insurance then charge you more and tell you they didn’t submit a code because the insurance company doesn’t cover it so they billed you direct. Please read other poor reviews, you will notice a consistent pattern.

A special thanks to the team at Creative Smiles! I was a little apprehensive due to bad experiences at a previous dental office, so I asked a lot of questions. Every single staff member from the dentist to the hygienist, assistants, x-ray technician, office manager and the lovely girls at the front desk, were as nice as can be. All my questions were answered, procedures and billing were thoroughly explained and I was put on a plan to remedy a few issues, and maintain good dental health. Thank you all at Creative Smiles!
