Dr Choe is such a kind gentleman and his receptionist is so amazing. They are a hardworking team and have been very caring and sweet to my elderly mother. I'm grateful she is in good hands. Please ignore the negative reviews, when I read them I couldn't help but roll my eyes, clearly just a bunch of crybabies.

I’ve been coming here for many years, and both my husband and I are happy to have Dr. Wonbae Choe and his team as our primary care doctor. Dr. Choe is easy to communicate with in both Korean and English and, most importantly, it shows he cares about his patients. The office is clean and it's easy to schedule appointments.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, Hannah was incredibly warm and welcoming—she made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Choe was professional, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. The whole team made me feel comfortable, and I truly appreciate the high level of care I received. Highly recommended!

I've known Dr. Wonbae Choe for more than a decade, ever since he worked as an associate doctor in another hospital. Recently, I had to switch to Bethel Family Medical Group due to insurance issues, and I must say, Dr. Choe's reputation holds up. The experience was surprisingly comforting, and I felt a genuine sense of trust. He goes above and beyond during check-ups, addressing things I hadn't even thought about, and his consultations are straightforward and reassuring. With Dr. Choe as our family doctor, I feel genuinely at ease.

doctor requires you to sign a forced mutual arbitration agreement to cover themselves, that should be criminal but its not, so do the next best thing - do yourself a favor and see a doctor who is willing to stand behind their work not behind forced arbitration. Shame on you, doctor, you should be about helping people not protecting your own profits.

Terrible experience ever. They call me 10 times for unpaid copay which happened 2 years ago. It occurred due to their unorganized system problem which didn’t collect copay on time. They never apologized to me. They blamed me not to come back to hospital since then. It’s their responsibility to collect copay when the patient meets doctor. They should have called me in the same year at least. The lady keeps calling to collect $15 even though I can’t answer the phone due to the work. It’s surprising she couldn’t come up with alternative ways (left message or send mail) to contact someone. She even mentioned she could void copay when I get mad during the phone conversation which triggered by her rude attitude. Are you kidding me? She even treated me like someone who couldn’t pay $15. Their ability to dealing with insurance and customer service is poor.

Fast appointments and great care. I’ve been coming here for a year, and Dr. Choe has always provided kind and attentive care.
