Ana at Ace Dental Specialties in Fullerton is absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills are outstanding. She didn’t just go out of her way—she went far above and beyond to help me as a new patient. I’ve never met anyone so attentive, caring, and genuinely concerned about a patient’s comfort. Because of her, I will continue coming back and will gladly refer others just so they can experience her amazing care.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The older lady that was explaining how much everything was going to cost at the end of my appointment was very rude. I understand that I have Medi-Cal, but I should still be treated like a person. The reason I was asking about cost is because I can’t afford 1100 dollars, I am a single mother with three kids. So I will have to put treatment on a credit card. The lady in the front that was young in her 20’s maybe was very sweet and kind, everyone else from the xray lady to the young man that helped me to my room to the doctor I saw (Dr. Kim) was very kind. I do apologize for not knowing everyone’s names. Thank u so much to those that treated me in a kind manner. I truly do appreciate it.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. One star is still too generous. Anyways, I do not recommend this dentistry for any dental needs. They only seem to care about making money out of their patients vs actually providing them with services necessary for whatever dental procedure is needed. If your insurance fully covers the procedure needed, expect to pay out of pocket for an unnecessary, tacked on procedure just so the business can make some extra money. Majority of the staff was nice, however, the planning coordinator, Ana, was extremely rude. She was not accommodating whatsoever, would talk over the patient when they are expressing any concerns, and was very belittling towards the patient. She even tried saying the patient's primary dentist is incompetent when she's not even a dentist herself. I highly recommend she check her attitude, because she's very unprofessional. You'd think when your appearance isn't your strong suit, your attitude and personality would make up for it, but we can't give everyone too much grace, now can we. Hopefully she treats people outside of work better than she does the patients. Clock it, but I digress. Overall, if you end up getting a referral for this dentistry, I highly urge you to ask your primary dentist or insurance for a different referral elsewhere - save yourself the wasted time, money, headache, and disrespectful behavior from some of the staff. Of course, I'm sure the business owner will respond and try to gaslight me about how I'm wrong and dumb vs holding their staff accountable for their unprofessional behavior. So be aware of this place!

I had a root canal today, by a competent, professional, reassuring, exceedingly skilled, and confident Doctor/Specialist Turkmoni. I was very worried about the pain but his pain management helped me not feel anything, literally nothing. I left this great & unmatched dental office thinking, "is this man from heaven?, & "who is this man?" He explained everything & was so comforting the entire time. He was so kind, nice, so pleasant too. I am going to call my insurance and see if I can switch to his office instead lol. 😂

I wanna say thank you to the supervisor that answered my phone and took me as a walk in the last minute. I am you, I can't hear I can't talk. I can't read. I can't write. I'm 72 years old meal.n And they actually made the effort and the time to work around the schedule, to take me in. They actually set up a surgical appointment for me in not even 2 days. Until all dand tell all the infection goes down. To all the staff that actually helped me, I wanna say, with great appreciation. Thank you for helping me fill up the papers. Thank you for everything you have done for me. And I wanna say, thank you to the doctor that took me in last minute.n You guys are beyond amazing. Another shout out to the manager or supervisor that actually took my phone call when I was stressing. Talking on behalf of my uncle Because I am his power of attorney.

This office has been amazing so far. There's staff is so kind and caring... I have not seen great customer service these days until I started going to this office. I live 3 hours from this office. So when I do get there early they dont let me wait. I get right in Because, they know how far I have traveled for help on my teeth and my son's teeth, (thats a big plus in my book)...

Very Professional! Had a wisdom tooth removal. Doctor explains everything before the procedure.He was very gentle took him less than 25 minutes didn’t hurt at all. When he said I am Finished You did 😊 great! I was shock because I never felt that pull of that tooth being removed 🦷🙌🏼
