I’ve been visiting Dr. Kim for regular dental cleanings and today had a cavity filled, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care I received. The entire experience—from check-in to treatment—was smooth, professional, and comfortable. Dr. Kim is not only highly skilled but also very patient in explaining procedures and answering any questions. The cleaning was thorough, and the cavity filling was done with great attention to detail—quick, painless, and perfectly executed. The staff is friendly, the clinic is clean and well-organized, and appointments run on time. I truly appreciate the consistent quality of care and the warm, welcoming environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced dentist!

Dr. Kim and his staff are very kind and professional. They work with my crazy schedule and keep in contact when I'm due for visits. He creates a plan for his patients that shows he cares. I trust him with my entire family. He's a very talented dentist. I'm glad I wondered in many years ago.

So grateful to have discovered Dr. Sung "Shaun" Kim. He is a truly terrific and compassionate dentist. My sister, nephew and I share a genetic condition where Lidocaine and other sodium channel blocking analgesia do not work. My sister had refused to return to her old dentist due to the pain she suffered. Dr. Kim used Articaine on me and my sister (a dental amide-type local anesthetic used more in Europe). Therefore, our dental procedures were nearly 100% pain-free. Thank you, Dr. Kim! That is coming from a cranky old nurse who never writes public reviews (RN, MSN). 😀

Dr. Kim is the best dentist that our family has ever had! He’s very professional and explains everything in detail while meticulously treating all of our dental needs efficiently! Dr Kim replaced one of my old fillings and I swear this was the first time I had a filling where I didn’t feel a bump or rough areas around the tooth. His staff is also very professional and caring and they make going to the dentist a pleasant experience!

Avoid this dentist. Bait and switch. They would not honor my new insurance and clean my teeth as covered by my insurance. Demanded I pay almost $600 for a "deep clean" or receive no cleaning at all. My teeth were cleaned eight months ago at a different dentist, meaning I did not require a "deep clean." Previous dentist did not take my new insurance or I would have stayed with my previous and reputable dentist. To add insult to financial injury, now I cannot go to a new dentist for a covered appointment and teeth cleaning because Promont Dental billed my insurance for preventative this visit that should have included a cleaning. Very sad!

The service here is exceptional! The staff is incredibly helpful and professional. We got our dental cleanings done here and they were able to provide us with all the information and deals we needed. Dr.Kim and his assistant were so kind to my little sister who was super nervous for her dentist appointment. I felt no pain at any point and my teeth look awesome. Thank you so much for everything!
