Frisco Square Dental

I had such a great experience at this dentist office! The staff were so kind and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, and the dentist took time to ask me questions and was so quick and efficient. I really appreciated how comfortable and cared for I felt the entire time!

Great office! I am usually someone with dental anxiety, and I feel very comfortable coming to see Dr. McElhaney and his team. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional.

I had the worst experience with the dark haired lady at the front desk. I was sent a text letting me know I had an appointment. No where in the text did it ask me to respond. I showed up to my appointment at the scheduled time. I was told I did not confirm my appointment so they filled my spot. She was very rude. I have never had this sort of treatment anywhere. They apparently don’t need new business so find another dentist office that appreciates their new patients and actually communicates.

The entire staff are the most kind and attentive staff I have seen from a dental office. Always on top of it, always communicate, and are always thorough.

Fantastic dental office. I typically don’t like going to the dentist, now I don’t mind it. I’ve have 2 crowns here and multiple cleaning. The entire office staff are a delight, first then when you walk in you feel welcome. The vibe of this office makes you feel much more comfortable. I especially like how well the dentist and his assistant were able to distract me during the crown procedures to a point were they were done in no time. Definitely recommend!!!

I came to this office for the first time today after recently moving to the area. Dr. McElhaney, Leslie, who was my dental hygienist, and Aunnika at the front desk, were all super friendly and made my visit very comfortable. I also appreciate that they took the time to explain my treatment plan to me rather than just telling me what I need done as other offices have done to me in the past. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the area!

Another great visit with Dr. McElhaney at Frisco Square Dental. I've been going to Dr. J's for almost 5 years now. I cannot recommend him high enough. Always does a great job on my teeth and my family (3 kids and wife). I've never had any problems since I started going there. I've gotten to know Dr. J over the years at his office. I will tell you one other thing I love about him. He and his wife give back to the community in so many ways. They're very active. It's good to hear when a professional gives back to the community that supports them!
