Frisco Dental Care

I broke a tooth, googled for a close dentist that had good reviews. That led me to Frisco Dental Care. They got me in the next day. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a dentist! Every single one in there, from the front desk all the way to the Dr. were so kind and so helpful and instantly made me feel comfortable knowing I made the right choice in Dentists. Highly recommend!!

I've been going to Dr. Phillips for over 15 years. Roxanne has helped me the last couple of years and does an amazing job. Always the same great experience no matter which dental hygenist helps you because of their great culture. Thank you for always going above an beyond to take care of me.

Wow! What a great experience. I went for my routine cleaning and the hygienist Cheryl was very attentive and educating me along the way of how I can improve my dental hygiene. Dr. Phillips did an assessment and was able to check a troubled spot of some sensitivity. He knew exactly what was wrong and treated me for my pain by filling off an area that was too high from a previous dentist. I immediately felt relief. This practice is clean, kind and happy to see you.

I've been going to Dr. Phillips since I was a teen in high school (over 10 years). Through fillings, root canals, routine cleaning, Dr. Phillips has been great. The staff is awesome - most, if not all have been there for years which should tell you a lot about their business practice. The staff makes you feel like family and they always ensure that you're making the best decisions for your teeth and financial health. The dental hygienists are extremely knowledgeable and take their time to inform you on self dental care. Everyone genuinely cares about your well being here. There's a reason I've always come back to Dr. Phillips, even through moves to Uptown, Garland and now, Preston Hollow.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. They filled two small cavities. However, 6 months later, another dentist found the fillings had come off, and the cavities were still there. I had to pay out-of-pocket to have the work redone since my insurance wouldn’t cover it again within a year. They would not refund me the money I paid to fix their work. I wouldn’t trust this office with dental work in the future.

Dr. Phillips and his team are THE BEST. Everyone is friendly and thorough. Each and every hygienist cares about what’s going on with me. They take their time to be gentle on you and to explain everything. Front desk ladies are very cool as well. The Dr is the man... he has a very calm demeanor and I’ve always felt comfortable during procedures. Lately I’ve had more appointments than usual, and it actually is enjoyable to come (to an extent). Thank you for everything!
