I had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Vanessa was absolutely professional, and so was my hygienist. This was also the first time my crown fit perfectly the first time, and no anesthesia was used, but there was no pain either. Cleaning was quick, getting the crown took a little long but getting it fixed quickly was a win-win. I feel this was my first experience at a dentist without feeling pain in my teeth 😂.
My experience as a patient here was by far one of the worst! I was scheduled to have a tooth extracted so of course I come in filled out all the paperwork and made sure to put on there NO OPIOIDS! As I am a recovering addict and have been clean for the last 5 years. When Assistant Gabby came in and clearly did not read over the paperwork she began to explain the procedure and tried to give me pain medication. And immediately I told her NO THAT I CANNOT AND I PUT THAT ON THE PAPER WORK. Dr Wang came in and his bed side manner absolutely HORRID! He told me he was not going to do the procedure because I have a past of opioid addiction and he did not feel that I would "comply" he offered to prescribe an antibiotic to help with the infection and when my wife asked what antibiotic, Dr. Wang Rudly turned to her and said "why are you asking" my wife proceeded to inform him that it’s bc my dentist specifically said not to take certain antibiotics because it was not helping. This Dr. Tim Wang and his assistant Gabby treated me and my wife terribly and also discriminated and profiled me! As a recovering addict and being clean for 5 years now and trying to make sure I was not being administered anything that could effect my sobriety these PEOPLE clearly did not care! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INAPPROPRIATE!!!! The office coordinator Elizabeth was the only one who showed professionalism! She herself even stated that what he did and said was inappropriate! I hope no one has to go through what I did. I do not recommend this place at all!!
Made an appointment for new patient X-rays/6 month cleaning as I am looking for a new dentist (previous dentist going out of business) and I found this one on my insurance website. Discussed the fact that I just had a deep cleaning 4 months prior at my previous dentist, which Dr Chang refused to take as a final answer. My insurance company was contacted and I was told "Great news! Your previous dentist didn’t code the deep cleaning correctly so we can just do another deep cleaning." Apparently the issue being that they could not code for the periodontal follow up due to my previous dentist not billing the deep cleaning correctly. Despite again telling her that I already spent $600 for a deep cleaning 4 months prior and her agreeing to a standard cleaning, she still sent someone in to go over the pricing for a deep cleaning. After again refusing, I sat around waiting for someone to come do my ($0 copay) cleaning for at least 20 minutes. All in all, I spent 2 hours at the office (on a work day) for an appointment that should have been an hour or less because the dentist refused to take no for answer. Go anywhere else!
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. At my appointment, the doctor personally told me that my X-rays showed two black masses that "didn’t look normal" and that it was urgent a radiologist review them. Naturally, I was alarmed and expected prompt follow-up. Three days later, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called the radiology company myself, only to learn they hadn’t even received my images until Monday, even though I was seen on Thursday. A week later, when I followed up with the dentist, I was told they still hadn’t heard from the radiologist. When I contacted the radiology company again, they informed me that the case had not been marked as urgent by the dentist, despite what the doctor told me in person. They said they would flag it as urgent themselves, but that it should have been done by the dentist’s office from the start. To make matters worse, when I called to have my records transferred, the receptionist hung up on me. When I called back, another receptionist was also very rude and dismissive. This situation was incredibly stressful and handled with a complete lack of urgency or care. If a doctor tells a patient something looks abnormal and needs urgent review, that should be treated seriously, not ignored for days. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
We have been going to our same dentist for 20 plus years and love Dr. Sauer at El Dorado Smiles in Frisco TX. John and I just had the Very Best cleaning and experience with Andrea, RDH. that we have ever had in our many years of going to the dentist. Thank you Andrea, very much appreciated.
I am so grateful for Huong and the amazing staff here! She offered me free cleaning services for We Serve Day where they give back to the community, and the experience was incredible. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, polite, and welcoming — they even offered me snacks, which made me feel right at home. I’ll admit, I felt a little nervous and guilty since I hadn’t received dental care in years, but the team made me feel completely comfortable and took such good care of me. They treated me with kindness and respect the entire time. I left not only with a brighter smile but also with so much appreciation for how they serve the community. Truly a 5-star experience.
I feel like Dr. Patel was selling products, and the office scheduled me with a non-network work provider, and asked me for almost five times of the amount for deep cleaning( $ 678.0). I ended up calling the insurance company to confirm before the procedure, and I only had to pay $153.0. The insurance company explained to the office that they were running the illustration with non non-provider, and they were upset that the amount was so less. Then the hygienist came and started to clean my teeth, as if she was digging holes to plant some trees, and I told the hygienist to slow down, she said I am doing my work. I have gone to many, many dentists, and I have had many deep cleanings before. It was an unbelievable experience, and the woman was so rude; her name is Andrea. Please do not go to this office for service. I will never go back to them for follow-up or recommend them to others.
