My first visit to Dream Dentistry was amazing! I came in for a cleaning (shout out to Suzy she’s the best and explained my at home maintenance) I had always wanted to close the gap between my teeth. Dr. Kim made time for me the same day. My smile looks incredible you can’t even tell I had fillings done. Im very satisfied. The front staff clearly explained my insurance and scheduled my next visit accordingly to my schedule. Everyone was friendly, and the office was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend 100x

The receptionist was very friendly and professional, which made checking in a pleasant experience. I had my cleaning done along with my X-rays, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Kim was amazing—knowledgeable, gentle, and very personable. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

Recently, I was searching for a new dentist and came across Dream Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. I asked several questions regarding procedures and insurance, and they were professional, knowledgeable, and able to address all of my concerns thoroughly. Dr. Kim was kind, highly skilled, and attentive. She helped address my sensitivity issues and took the time to educate me on improving my dental hygiene. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m glad I found this practice.

My family has been going to Dream Dentistry since early 2025. My son loves the staff and Dr. Kim, and my wife and I have been coming in regularly for our six-month routine cleanings. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and the pricing is very reasonable. We’ve had a great experience and highly recommend Dream Dentistry.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office and ultimately did not even get to see the dentist. The issue began with the front desk and billing staff, who appeared unfamiliar with proper insurance verification. I was told that my insurance did not include adult dental care. However, I personally confirmed my benefits with my insurance provider and reviewed official documentation clearly stating that adult dental services are covered. During this interaction, the billing staff member’s tone and attitude felt unprofessional. While she was not overtly impatient, her manner came across as dismissive and unpleasant, despite the fact that I remained calm and cooperative throughout the conversation. I was also told that several other patients with the same insurance were informed that their coverage only included pediatric dental care. The staff stated that they had reached out to the insurance and were still unable to resolve the issue. However, when I visited a different dental office, my insurance was verified and accepted smoothly without them needing to contact the insurance company at all. Because of this, I am unsure whether my insurance was fully or accurately reviewed in this office. This raised concerns that other patients may not have received appropriate dental care or may have faced unnecessary out-of-pocket costs due to similar insurance verification issues. Because the issue could not be resolved, I never even had the opportunity to see the dentist. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office and strongly encourage others to independently verify insurance coverage before their appointment.

I had the best experience at Dream Dentistry! I had been reluctant to go to the dentist for years and finally made an appointment. Everyone was so nice and I’m not afraid or worried to go to the dentist anymore. They got my teeth super clean and talked to me about what to look out for in the future with my sensitive teeth. They took very good care of me and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Kim was very thorough and kind in explaining the plan and reviewing my xrays. I truly felt cared for as she went through everything in detail. The staff are kind as well with an inviting smile. The billing process was also transparent, which I appreciated. I live an hour away but definitely worth the drive if you’re looking for a kind, gentle dentist with reasonable pricing.
