Cotton Dentistry of West Frisco

Cotton Dentistry makes the patient's experience very comfortable. Not only was my routine cleaning very quick and diligent, but also had a sense of luxury. They now have a menu where the patient chooses if they want a blanket, earplugs, scented bib, and what their movie/TV preference is. Dr. Haddad is very friendly as well as thorough in her care. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. I definitely felt like everyone cared about my comfort. Cotton Dentistry is an excellent place for dental care needs.

I’ve been to a lot of dentists over the years and Cotton Dentistry is the first place I genuinely look forward to going to. I absolutely love Dr Haddad. She takes the time to explain things to me, she listens to me and genuinely cares. Her staff is equally friendly and kind! My last visit I was offered a warm blanket, neck pillow and choice of aromatherapy. It’s the little things! Logistically - they have always worked directly with my insurance and never tried to "oversell" anything. So happy I found this spot! I just signed up for SureSmile and can’t wait to post my results at the end of the process!

Cotton Dentistry provided me with a great first-time experience. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The office itself is clean and new. They offer calming amenities like a neck pillow and essential oils to make it a more pleasant visit. Dr. Haddad spent a good amount of time going over some questions I had, and was very patient and thorough. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to my next visit with them.

Fantastic experience. Never before had kids come out of the dentist office happy! Dr. Haddad was very engaging and took great care of all family members. The staff is flexible and very nice. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The hidden gem is the massage chair to enjoy while you wait.

As a healthcare professional I must admit that I am thankful Dr. Oras! I look forward to our semi-annual visit/exams and dental needs. I trust her and her team to always do and recommend what is best for my teeth at a fair price!
