Pacific Dental Clinic - Dr. Ehsan Diab

I went in for a root canal treatment and found the entire experience to be excellent from beginning to end. Pacific Dental uses state-of-the-art equipment, and I was especially impressed that they were able to take X-rays while I remained comfortably in the chair, which added to both my comfort and convenience. The procedure was handled smoothly and professionally. Dr. Ehsan is very kind, patient, and highly professional, taking the time to explain the process and ensure I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend Pacific Dental for anyone seeking high-quality dental care with advanced technology and exceptional professionalism.

Dr. E and his team have been nothing but the best, most kind, caring people I’ve ever met in a Dr office. Dr. E genuinely seems to care about his patients and their well-being. And the ladies in the front desk are always so nice and welcoming. I would like to share that today I got into a minor car collision where the ppl that rear ended me left the scene at the time of my appointment here on Shaw right in front of the office. When I walked in and let the very nice lady at the front desk know (I believe her name is Rihanna but not positive on that) of what just happened, she seen I was visibly shaken up and genuinely cared about how I was doing and if I was ok. Her and Dr. E themselves came out to check on me and ask if I needed anything and was ok. They really helped ease my nerves. They let me wait in the office and offered me water while I waited for my family. They talked to me and made sure I was ok and also rescheduled my dentist appointment due to everything going on. I barely started coming to this dentist this yr and have never had a bad experience! I highly recommend Dr. E and his team to anyone looking for a great dentist. They will take care of you here, no need to find another dentist again. Thank you pacific dental!

Dr. Ehsan is the most caring, professional and genuinely great dentist/person I’ve ever been to. I used to hate going to the dentist and felt uncomfortable and self conscious about my teeth. This doctor genuinely cares about his clients and does really great work. Definitely the only dentist I’ll go to, because of his amazing work but also his character.

its so rare for me to write a review but honestly im very proud to say that DR.ehsan is my favorite. ive visited him many times and not once he let me down. he is accurate and professional as a doctor and he is lovely and carring as a person. i can never forget when he saved me from my torture painful experiance of a deep cavity i suffered from when i first met him that he changed my check-up visit into an immediate root canal procedure which relieved me from my sufferings and even took from his personal time to call me later on that day to check up on me which my heart specialist never did LoL. i visited him today and i still have more upcoming visits which i feel very comfortable to attend. I had so much anxiety going to the dentist and have been putting in off for a period of time now but Dr Ehsan and his team were great! Made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Nora the dental hygienist was super sweet as well made my whole experience a 10/10!

Dr Ehsan is the BEST most caring dentist! Anyone would be very lucky to go to his dental office. His staff also is the best, the most kindest, caring, helpful, providing the utmost customer service in particular Reanna the manager..the kindest, caring courteous, understanding and beyond helpful .. an assett to Dr. Ehsan Diab’s team! My appointments have been so easy to schedule, and they are always on time when I come into the office! The doctor is fantastic to work with, as are his hygienists and reception staff. I cannot recommend Pacific Dental Clinic enough!
