They where really nice like when i walked in to the office I felt welcomed. And when they do the X-ray they where not ruff at all like other dental offices. Highly recommend this place.

Had to drive almost 3 hours to get to this place. Was told to arrive early to speed up the paperwork process but while my appointment was at 1 o clock, they were out to lunch from 12 to 1 o clock. When the staff returned, my Dad (who also needed oral surgery) and I were barely acknowledged by the staff. Upon one staff member unlocking the main door, we were essentially expected to just go in without any greeting or direction. My Dad was supposed to be covered under his Medi-Cal but apparently the receptionist discovered he wasn't after he went to the bathroom. I had to fill out an extensive set of forms where basically you get asked the same questions at least three times. The waiting room was warm and uncomfortable as well. I finally got in to the actual exam room but neither my dentist's assistant nor my actual dentist could seem to get the x-rays right. Once the dentist finally reviewed what she got, she started laughing at how messed up my wisdom tooth was. She even decided to call the assistant back in and laugh together with her about it. I have never been to such an unprofessional place with such uncaring staff. It was also dirty and very cramped. The entire process took about a hour and both my Dad and I are extremely disappointed. We will be looking elsewhere in the future for oral surgery

The staff was nice and friendly. The wait wasn’t too long. Fast check in and X-rays done. Had a good experience.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff didn’t feel very welcoming. I was already nervous about my visit and even explained that to the doctor and staff, but there was no reassurance, no effort to make me feel more at ease, just cold, made me feel like like I was a mannequin they use during training, and not a human being. The overall atmosphere felt rushed and impersonal. Going to the dentist is already tough for a lot of people, and I left feeling worse than when I came in. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re someone who needs a little compassion and patience during your visit.

Absolutely recommend coming here 1000%! The staff are all welcoming and attentive. I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’ve always asked to see Dr. Wong for my checkups and cleaning. She is absolutely amazing. Gentle, quick and her work is always on point never had issues with fillings nor pain. She checks in with you regularly to see if you feel any pain, trust me you won’t! She does a perfect job numbing, you won’t feel a thing. I’ll see you for my next visit! Thank you Dr. Wong! Today I came in to see Dr. Cemal, to take out my wisdom tooth and what I was thinking was going to be a long process I was literally in and out in 15 minutes. I had no pain, and it was incredibly quick he took my tooth out what left like in just a minute I had to ask "That’s it?!" I was surprised it was already taken out! I do appreciate him. I’ve seen 4 other dentist before him and they’ve all told me I needed to see a specialist and I’ve pushed it because scheduling always got in the way. Well they have that specialist here! Thank you again to the Doctors and Staff you all are amazing.
