There was nothing routine about my biannual cleaning & check up yesterday. At 55, I’ve reached the age where I enter every medical office with a smidge of ambivalence knowing any visit might yield some not awesome news. Yesterday was that day, only myself nor my mouth were ready for this shock. It was like that recurring nightmare where all my teeth are crumbling out of my mouth only I was too awake as I quietly comforted my teeth and the ill fate that had befallen them. "Am I dying?!" I asked Dr. Singh. "I don’t know…", he replied. In hindsight I should’ve opened my voice memo app to record the detailed treatment plan for tooth 3, 4, 5, 7, 11-18, 31, 16-18, seemingly a cavity for every tooth, rework this crown and that crown, a couple new crowns, possible extraction of that tooth and possibly this tooth, but will keep our eye on that one, inlays here, here, here-possible infection, Dr. Singh so thorough in his explanation not once but twice my frontal lobe had altogether stopped filing information. What with my amygdala making its way down my colon and all. "One step at a time" I was reassured. Special shout out to Ashley, my angel of a hygienist who masterfully worked her sorcery cleaning my teeth before offering a possible medical explanation (conditions that might cause dry mouth) outside of "have you recently gnawed your way out of an active volcano?" She suggested a couple over the counter remedies to counteract said Saharan Swamp, and sent me on my way with a hug and the next available appointment the following morning. I’m also very grateful to Melissa who assisted this morning and always immediately puts my mind at ease from the moment I walk into the office and throughout every procedure. She is the one who can undoubtedly see me bracing for lift off in the chair every visit, and I appreciate her constant check ins. She’s as wonderful as the relief of her cold water hose. Update: Dr. Nakashian has retired and the office is the very capable hands of Dr. Gurneetpal Singh. Same great staff, same great service. Second Update: My anxiety prone 93-year-old mother had broken a tooth that needed a surgical removal. After having Dr. Singh remove it she said, "He's so calming, it made me calm." Dr. Nakashian has taken very good care of my mother for a very long time. She has a tendency to get very anxious when dealing with medical professionals, but never with Dr. N. On behalf of her, thank you for the many years of great care.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this office! Wait time is maybe 5-15 minutes compared to 1- 2 hrs at every other dentist I've gone to. Every single person in there is just so nice! It feels like a second family already! Dr.Bruce is AMAZING . I use to have anxiety going in but after having a cavity filled ( all painless ,including the shots) I was in and out within the hour. I feel so lucky to have him as my son's and my dentist!

Very professional and helpful staff. Very clean and sanitary office and practices. I liked that Dr. Nakashian was NOT interested in digging and drilling right away when I presented my problem. He is not a money hungry dentist. He is concerned with preserving your teeth if at all possible. The Dental Hygienist - Michelle was gentle but thorough about the cleaning. I hate when they excessively nick at the gums during cleanings; which she did not do. I highly recommended this practice.

Was very disappointed with my 2 last dental appointments. When I first started coming to this dentist I was very happy. I was coming from a previous dentist that seemed to push treatments I've never been told I needed before. Dr. NAKASHIAN told me my teeth were beautiful and sent me on my way. The next time I went in I had full x-rays, an exam and cleaning. After the cleaning my teeth looked worse then when I went in. They were rough feeling and had white gunk in between my gum line. MARLA the hygienist was rushing thru the cleaning and was pretty rude. Dentist did a quick look and sent me on my way. The front desk looked me up and down also when I left. Looking at my teeth at home I could see a cavity on one of my easy to see teeth. How could they miss it? And what else did they miss. Don't know why they are in business if they just want to go thru the motions to make the money. I get regular check ups to keep my teeth healthy and beautiful. I don't need someone getting paid good money lying to me and giving me bad service.

I avoided going to a dentist like the plague I would end up leaving the dentist exhausted, hungry and in pain but I had a toothache that needed tending so my friend tells me about a dentist that his friend couldn’t stop raving about. So I call and tell receptionist that I have a toothache that’s causing swelling she got me in the next day, let me tell you that was one of the best calls I’ve ever made, my wait time was five minutes , Dr. Nakashian is pleasant man who explains what he’s doing and the staff was just as pleasant. I got stung by a bee once, that hurt more than the shots, the deep clean and 2 extractions combined. I left his office feeling just wonderful, a bit later as I sat down for dinner I couldn’t stop raving about my experience at the dentist.... hmm sound familiar

I would definitely recommend this dental office. They got me in the same day. We’re super helpful on directions to get there I guess gps scrambles the address and takes you else where. Once I walked in it was a very cute office with a fireplace a few cozy decorations and such a sweet staff. Everyone there was great from the receptionist, dental assistant and dentist. We all even chatted a little about ozark… which immediately made me like them 😅. But seriously I had been in some pain for over a week and I had called other dentist office and none could get me in for a few days to weeks away. I was in and out of their office in about an hour and that includes filling out my new patient papers, X-rays, the shot to numb the area and physically look and drill and get me a temporary filling while we wait for my insurance to approve a route canal. I was so relieved that I walked in with excruciating pain and left with a numb and fixed tooth, jaw and tongue. I also want to express I am someone who asks a lot of questions and even calls to ask questions after to make sure I am following the instructions properly and they answered every question and never once made me feel like a nuisance for calling with more questions. Making my fiancé an appointment next 😊 🦷 I should also mention I had high anxiety about coming in dentist visits get me stressed out but they have made the experience so much better.
