Dr. Chen is really diligent and knowledgeable. I made my crown with her as a new client. The service was fast, appointment was easy to schedule, all procedures were painless (my worst fear is a painful dentist experience). Crown was installed a couple of months ago and it works great so far. I wish I could stay with Dr. Chen, but we’ve recently moved to the other area.

I'm glad I made the decision of choosing Dr. Chen as my Dentist. I feel pretty lucky that she was my first choice because I was taken care of and felt a level of comfort I haven't felt at a dentist in a long time. If you're looking for a new dentist she's the one.

Fraud. asked Money upfront when I am still in network. I needed an endodontist, and I specifically asked if the doctor is an endodontist at the reception she just deferred the question asking for my insurance details primarily. I asked the technician. He didn’t answer me either. Finally asked me to pay the entire amount and said they will reimburse when the insurance pays. That’s not how in network insurance works.

Had severe toothache, Dr Chen saw me in record time, assisted me to get into oral surgery same day for an extraction. Super grateful, and would recommend 100%!

Dr. Chen is the best! She is very thorough in her communication and always strives to ensure you feel comfortable with the treatment plan. I have never had such a positive dentist experience. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Chen!
