Dental One Associates of Frederick

I used ZocDoc to find a dentist in my plan. I went to Dental One Associates & saw Dr. Kyser. I was welcomed by a friendly staff member at check-in. The dental tech was nice, efficient, & helpful. Dr. Kyser took time to chat with me about my dental issues. He took photos of my teeth that I could see on a big monitor. He made it easy to understand what was going on. We discussed a treatment plan I was comfortable with. Luckily, he was able to begin dental work that day! He made sure my pain level was manageable & my teeth looked a whole lot better when I left. A staff member created temporary crowns for me in the office. Makiya was very upbeat & positive at check-out. She made sure to take good care of me. With knowledgeable & considerate staff, I'm glad I switched to Dr. Kyser.

This was the first time coming to this practice and I definitely would recommend. Front desk staff were welcoming, the dental assistant for Dr. Yasbin great. Dr. Yasbin was very nice explained everything that was going on so I could understand and presented a treatment plan that was very detailed and what the next steps would be along with price breakdown. During the whole exam I was comfortable and never felt any pain during the dental work.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was warm, efficient, and made sure all my paperwork and insurance details were handled smoothly—no waiting around or confusion. The hygienist (shoutout to Alyssa) was incredibly thorough yet gentle. She explained everything she was doing, used the gentlest techniques, and even incorporated warm water for the polishing, which made the whole process feel almost relaxing instead of the usual scraping discomfort. My teeth felt incredibly clean and smooth afterward—truly sparkling—and she took the time to point out a couple of areas to watch with my brushing technique without making me feel judged. No pressure for unnecessary add-ons either; it was straightforward, professional care focused on prevention and my comfort. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. If you’re looking for a reliable place for regular cleanings that leaves you feeling confident about your oral health, I highly recommend Dental One Associates. I’ll definitely be back every four months! Thanks to the entire team for making dental visits something I no longer dread. 😊

The staff was very polite. With waiting and the exam I was there for 1.5 hours. I understood, the seemed busy. They took 18 X-rays! Any other dentist I’ve been to did 4, one at each quadrant. Maybe 1 or 2 extras if they didn’t come out right. The doctor did the exam, after he finished He put together a care plan. Then said they will walk you out. This was a first visit. They didn’t even do a cleaning. That’s what I set the appointment up for. "The cleanings are done separately than exams" How can you preform a proper exam without a cleaning? Do not waste your time!

Special thanks to Yami, the dental assistant, for her attentive, precise, and highly skilled work. We had a bridge done, and everything went smoothly. Very thankful for their care, Definitely recommend!

Though my partial did not fit correctly. Dr Yasmin immediately requested a new scan and ordered a replacement promptly. His assistant Yami spent extra time trying to mindful the temp one until the new one arrives. I appreciated her care.

one of the best experience's I've ever had at a dental office, everyone was friendly . Dr. Yasbin was honest with me and made me feel at ease and that i was important to him. His assistant that help with temporary bridge was fantastic and I apologize that I forgot her name , she so awesome and very nice and professional 👍👍. Thanks I finally got my permanent bridge installed, it was the best dental experience I ever had, and Im never excited to go dentist at anytime . If dental One was closer to me they would be my dentist and I've already reminded to my daughter that lives in Frederick. Thanks fir taking good care of my dental situation and dealing with workman's comp . My best regards Walter
