Got my braces done here! They did an excellent job over a 2 year time frame and my smile changed for the better! Wait time from 5-30 minutes depending on the amount of people and if you have appointment, staff is very friendly and I felt very safe and comfortable with the clean and safety precautions in place due to the pandemic. They have really improved considering the reviews below. I got 2 premolar extractions and a surgery for my braces treatment and it was quick and did not hurt at all easy healing and very well done, I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dental treatment.

Smile Design is a good place for dental braces but, you have more choices

Not worth it. Got my braces done here price was reasonable but the retainers they gave me where to big and would fall off my teeth. I let them know they told me that’s how they’re supposed to be. I wanted to get a replacement that fit better the told me it would be $408 for just the top clear retainer and another $408 for the bottom one. Went somewhere else and they charged me $160 for each peace and they were better quality and fit great! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

A student dentist performed my filling but it resulted in a leakage which made get a root canal! I’ve came back multiple times complaining about pain and they’ve just brushed it off so they could wait for the root canal money. Jokes on them I went somewhere else. Just awful no morals

I was at this dental office last year, I like the staff, friendly. I got root canal last year, I got a good price for porcelain 😘 very good job. Today I had an appointment to pull out one wisdom tooth. I was surprised to see in updated on their dental equipment. Fast and very professional staff, I had two pulled out🤒☺️ the doctor did it so fast!!! I was specting a lot a pain or bleeding. Front desk was very nice checking all of my options that my insurance didn't cover, thank you so much!! I recommend this office!!!

In this clinic there are some thieves, my son received orthodontic treatment for two years and they only robbed me ... the boy needed extractions to correct his teeth and he never did, arguing that he did not need it. because he is supposed to be a professional .. after 3 months I came back because his teeth are coming out again and he told me that I am to blame because I never told them that I did not like how they turned out and that there is no guarantee, that I need pay again for a two-year treatment ... The manager Maria and the doctor agree to steal ... they are thieves ... very expensive treatment, this is a nightmare. En esta clínica son unos rateros a mi hijo le hicieron el tratamiento de ortodoncia por dos año de y solo me robaron .. el niño necesitaba extracciones para corregir sus dientes y el nunca lo hizo, argumentando que no lo necesitaba y yo de tonta le crei porque se supone que es un profesional .. después de 3 meses regresé porque los dientes se le están volviendo a salir y me dijo que yo tengo la culpa porque nunca les dije que no me gustó cómo le quedaron y que no tiene garantía , que necesito pagar otra vez para un tratamiento de dos años... La mánager María y el doctor están de acuerdo para robar .. son unos ladrones ... carísimo el tratamiento, esto es una pesadilla.

This is by far the nastiest and most unsanitized dentist clinic ever. They had me wait on that dentist seat after my xray was done, and while waiting for the dentist, I happened to look up on the light above my face & noticed that it was covered by some residue from previous treatment/cleaning. It looked disgusting and it seemed like it has never been cleaned. After my consultation with Dr Hwang, I discussed some payment options with Maria(receptionist) regarding the treatment that the dentist suggested me to do which was deep cleaning and braces. Nothing else was done other than the xrays. Few weeks later I found a better dentist clinic and they told me that I cannot get my treatment there coz my insurance has already been charged for the cleaning that I got from Dr Hwang's clinic. So they charged my insurance for something that they've never done for me. I contacted Dr Heang's office and happen to speak with Maria and her reply was "well I remembered we polished your teeth that day"...seriuosly? After seeing their unsanitary dental utensils I would never let them touch my teeth. So after arguuing back to this Maria lady, she put me on hold then came back and told me that if I can come in today, they'll do the cleaning for me. No that's not what I wanted. I want you guys to reimburse the charge back to my insurance so that I can get my cleaning done at my new dentist. They are such rip off. You all need to be careful coz it seemed like they have been doing this for a while. Now I have to wait til they're done reimbursing the charge so that I can get my cleaning done!
