Dental World

This is actually an edited review because I couldnt believe I had recieved a response from this place. And whoever reads this can go read the response as well. LET THIS BE ANOTHER WARNING ⚠️ TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A DENTIST. THIS IS ON A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND I HOPE NOBODY GOES THROUGH WHAT MY SISTER WENT TROUGH. But they responded with the Dentist made a clinical decision to refer to a specialized facility and they apologize. But I remember precisely he said it was for Oral sedation because thats what my sister needed. Yet on his website he offers that. But is this apology acceptable? Of course not! The dentist was maybe less than 5 mins with my sister. Before sending her off to someplace else. On his website it is stated, Dr. Krupal Chhotu is very passionate about dentistry, compassionate towards his patients and extremely gentle. He serves his patients with care and will do everything in his power to make his patients satisfied. What exactly did he show us? The dentist and his whole staff can make up all the pretty words and make them sound nice and wonderful but experience is another thing. We felt disregard, undervalued. And not only that the best "clinical decision" was two places that said they cannot and will not help my sister. And another statement in their response was that we can call them. Ha ha 😂 good luck we tried for hours and they seem to have a long lunch! I posted pictures below. People that have physical needs has it hard as it is. For my sister its even harder in her condition to rely 100% on someone. And the last thing she needs is this cold hearted dentist as well as his ignorant staff to make her feel the way she did yesterday. APOLOGY NOT ACCEPTED!!!!! THE HURT SHE FELT CANNOT BE UN FELT BY A SIMPLE RESPONSE LIKE THAT. If there is a possibility to put no stars i would, actually if the possibility of putting a NEGATIVE 100 STARS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD but unfortunately I cant. SO I THINK ITS BETTER TO WARN ⚠️ PEOPLE SO IT DOESNT HAPPEN TO THEM. I dont know the people that rate this whole in the wall place 5 stars are thinking. Upon entering this place not even a smile or hello how are you doing? My sister has a physical disability and there less inclined to caring about people with such. With a simple question of can she sit in the chair so I can work on her and with my response was yes but the legs needs to be elevated. Maybe they dont understand what I was talking about. He just said ok I will just refer you to two different places so she can be sedated. And I ask will you check her and he said the places will do there own evaluation. Absolutely hilarious, the ladies in the front even more incompetent when they cant even find the number of the two places this so called "hack" referred my sister to. So not really a referral if you dont have the numbers is it? And the icing on the top of the cake here, the two numbers had no idea why this "Dentist" would refer my sister to them because they can't or wont help people in her condition. So all in all. This is by far the worst and I mean absolute worst place to go for your dental needs. Horrible location, Horrible receptionist Horrible Dentist Save yourself the time and go find somewhere else.

I was in limbo with my dentist after my root canals. I was referred to Dental World. During my first visit, I explained what I was going through with my current dental choice. Dr. Chhotu was pleasantly understanding and understood my frustration. Within two months, everything that should have been done previously; had been completed. This office gets to the problem and corrects it expeditiously. I wish that I had discovered this office sooner, rather than later. I would recommend this Dental Office to anyone that needs excellent care, and customer service.

Staff is very nice and my kids feel comfortable with staff while being treated.

First time going for my kiddos and it is such a relaxing environment. They have a little section for kids which my toddler very much enjoyed while waiting for the visit. Very friendly staff and the best part it was not overbooked as the places I have been to. Knowledgeable staff and dentists! Very clean too!

Dr. Chhotu has been my dentist for multiple years now. He is my friend and Dentist so there might be a minor bias associated to this review. Some of the procedures I have had at this location include a root canal, an implant, veneers, cleaning. And I have been happy with his services each time with no complaints. It is very nice to see him succeeding in his practice, he is genuinely a kind human in my opinion.

The staff is very friendly and they make you feel so comfortable that you feel right at home. They take the time to talk to you about your teeth and what you need to do take care of it so that they can be better than they are currently. I got a deep cleaning for my teeth and it was the best cleaning that I've had in my life. It was so painless, quick, and smooth! I definently recommend this place to a friend! Great place and great people!

For whomever is looking for a dental home I would highly recommend Dental World. Staff was very nice, welcoming, and great positive atmosphere. Dr. Chhotu was amazing very chilled, patient, and great bed side manners. Helped to ease my anxiety by explaining the procedures before hand. And Rudy was amazing very knowledgeable and courteous. keep smiling and giving great patient care Rudy you're awesome. This was the best dental experience EVER. Thanks to the entire staff this place is amazing keep up the good work..
