Really great experience! The staff was so nice and thoughtful. Everyone explained what they were doing or talking about in a way that really helped me understand. I really appreciated how quick and efficient they were, without making it feel rushed. Great experience as a new patient!

Dentists of Folsom was seriously one of the best experiences I have had in any dentist office. Coming from an extremely dental anxiety ridden person, they were all so kind and understanding and never once made me feel bad for being anxious. I had an emergency appointment, but had also never been seen by them before, so my appointment was pretty long and I was there for a while, but I still felt comfortable once the appointment started. I still don’t love being at the dentist, but I don’t have as much anxiety knowing that I will be comfortable at my next appointment here.

First time in the dentist in ten years. Great experience staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got a really deep cleaning. No pain and teeth feel great.

Incredibly clean office made for a great first impression as I recently switched my dental needs to this company! The staff was the only thing that outshone the office setting itself; very detail oriented hygienist left my teeth looking so clean and was able to remove staining to improve the whiteness of my smile. Dentist also was kind and thoroughly efficient during his exam. Would recommend this place to anyone at all!

If I could give 10 stars I would! My BEST experience at the dentist ever! Had a new patient appointment today and Dr. Peck and EVERYONE in his office were amazing! Dr. Peck is HONEST! Prior dentist I saw quoted me $6,000 in dental work that I did not need. They were able to do 3 procedures, deep cleaning and regular cleaning in my first new patient appointment. I trust Dr. Peck 100%! I found my lifelong dentist today!

I am sure this office works well for many people, but as someone who gets anxious with dental care because of past experiences, this was not the right fit for me. I switched here after my previous dentist stopped taking Delta Dental PPO, and they confirmed they were in network. As a new patient, I understand x rays are standard, but I was surprised when they took what I believe was over twenty with no heads up about how many would be needed. I had already shared that I was nervous about radiation, and I did not feel the staff member doing the x rays was very personable, reassuring, or communicative. A simple explanation beforehand would have helped a lot. My appointment also went longer than expected. I was told to plan for ninety minutes, but it lasted around two hours. They told me I was a good candidate for their laser bacterial removal and asked if I wanted to do it that day, then came back a few minutes later and said there was no longer time. When I asked to schedule my husband as a new patient and asked if he could opt out of the x rays since he recently had them elsewhere and is in good dental health, they said all new patients must have them (even though the dentist I saw said he wouldn't force that - so inconsistency there). I ended up calling other offices that were more flexible and willing to review existing x rays first, then deciding if it was absolutely necessary. I was told no by someone at the The biggest issue was an unexpected bill. Even though I was told I would not owe anything because they are in network, I later received a notice saying I owed Delta Dental about $840. When I called, they explained it and said this has happened with other patients because of inconsistencies between Delta Dental and a new dentist they had. I would have appreciated a heads up that this could occur instead of being blindsided. They also said the only way to fix it was for me to drive back and give them the physical check Delta Dental mailed me, which added to the inconvenience. When I canceled my future appointment, they asked me why. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation, which felt odd given everything that had happened. Even if they thought my reasoning wasn't valid- it was just not good customer service. Side note: the newer front desk staff member was very kind, and the dentist was fine, but overall the communication, reassurance, and billing clarity were not ittt.

I honestly feel so lucky to have found this dentist office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. You can tell they actually care about people, not just about getting through appointments. The quality of care I received was absolutely top notch. Above all, the prices were surprisingly affordable. I didn’t feel like I had to choose between my health and my budget, which is such a rare thing these days. It feels so good to walk out of a dental office not just with a healthier smile, but also with a big sense of relief knowing I’ve finally found a place I can trust.
