I had an incredible experience here! I came in with a hole on the back of my tooth that I was really worried about. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so helpful and easy to talk to. The wait time was short, and I really appreciated that they told me the price before doing anything, so there were no surprises. Dr. Jackson Mann is amazing. He was so kind, and he fixed my tooth so well that it feels like nothing was ever wrong. I also had a small cavity, and they took care of everything quickly and comfortably. I originally went in just to get that issue checked, but now I’m committed to coming here for all my cleanings because the experience was that good. I’m super picky about who I let work on my teeth, but I had complete confidence in their skill and professionalism. They were kind, patient, and helped me feel totally at ease. I usually get nervous at the dentist, but here I felt calm the whole time. If you’re thinking about coming here, definitely do it. I can’t wait to go back for my cleaning!

Dr. Brett, Dr. Jackson, and the staff are very caring and genuinely concerned for the well being of their patients. As a new patient at Titensor Dental I was terrified of any dental procedure, however, over the years I’ve learned to trust them. I’m a more confident and relaxed patient because of their expertise and professionalism. I actually look forward to my dental visits!

Dr. Titensor is not just a highoy skilled professional using the latest technology. He is one of the most compassionate, considerate, and genuine individuals I have had the privilege to know. I don't see him as just my Doctor, he is friend. This also applies to the entire staff at Titensor dental. When I walk into his office I am not only greated with a smile, but also addressed by my name. I have only had this experience in one other medical situation, when I would have my cancer treatments. At the age of 58 , I finally have the smile I have always dreamed of. He brought me joy during a very difficult time in my life. Thank you Dr. Titensor, I will never forget all you have done for me.

My wife was already a patient of Titensor Dental. I was informed that I needed extensive work on my teeth. All I can say is how grateful I am my wife raved about Dr. Jackson. WOW!!!!! I am ecstatic of the work that was done. The total process was incredible with all of the digital images, and they explained every process. Dr. Jackson has an incredible attention to detail, and every time I look in the mirror and smile, I’m grateful for the work and the time that he put in to make my smile amazing. The staff is also equally amazing. Every time I walk through the door, they make me feel important and cared about.

They took great care of me when I chipped my front tooth during a gym workout over the weekend. Perfect repair. It was their office’s first day open after the Christmas/New Years holiday. Very busy day for them. And they squeezed me in that day with short/no notice so I could have my smile back when I flew out the next day for a week.

This is a top notch dental office. Dr Bret Titensor has been my dentist for 10 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and get the treatment that I receive there. My husband and I live 290 miles from Dallas but the trip is certainly worth it.I always feel like they have my best interest in mind for anything that needs to be done. Their upmost interest is the care of my teeth and keeping ahead of any problems that come along at my age.

Dr. Titensor is very skilled and was able to help me with a dental problem that several other doctors were not able to. He spent a lot of time with me listening to my dental history and worries. He never seemed rushed to get to his next patient like it feels at so many other doctor’s offices. He gave me several options for treatment and was completely transparent with each. The chosen procedure was so much more relaxing and painless than procedures I’ve had with other doctors. The whole office staff is very friendly as well. It is the best dental experience I’ve ever had, I highly recommend!
