I have been coming to family smiles for many years. They always take great care and do a wonderfully professional job. Mini and Rhonda at the front desk, keep the ship running and are always helpful with the Admin side of things. Dr. Miller and Dr. Nichols are top notch, gracious and at the top of their game. This morning I was in for a cleaning and x-rays and Katelyn was pleasant as ever and got my teeth squeaky clean. She is awesome! My New Year’s resolution is to floss more… That’ll make all the team at family smiles, proud of me!

Everyone at Friendly Smiles dentist is professional and kind. Dr Nichols explained in detail my dental needs. Kaitlyn my hygienist does an excellent job cleaning and taking X-rays and makes me feel calm and comfortable. Staff is always smiling and make me feel welcome. Had great experience with Kaitlyn. She is very thorough and explains issues very clearly. Dr Nichols came in for consultation and she shared things that I will need to check out on my next visit. She is very open and informative. Overall I feel the visit was top notch.

I was facing new procedures and decided to return to my years long trusted Family Smiles for an evaluation. I’m feeling secure in the care of a great staff! Getting the deep cleaning was a wonderful stress-free, pain-free experience. With Mary’s skillful, gentle work, Rhonda’s expert financial options and Minnie’s endearing emotional support and scheduling I feel hopeful for my smile again and so very happy to be back. Having previously been a dental assistant for many years, I have a keen appreciation for private dental practices versus corporate-owned or very large dental groups, and Family Smiles Dental Group reinforces my appreciation and opinion. Dr. Miller is wonderful and each hygienist I've seen has been wonderful as well. I recommend this dental practice!

On Sunday night I had an athletic injury where I was concussed and chipped my tooth to where the root was exposed. I called the office first thing in the morning to see what they could do to fix me up. I got in for an evaluation that Monday, and was referred to an endodontist for a root canal. After a few tries, Minnie and Ronda were able to find an endodontist with availability for that Tuesday that was also in network for my insurance. After the root canal, I called the office and asked if I could get my temporary crown put on the next day. They got me in with no problems, and Dr. Nicols fixed me up that Wednesday. The main reason I wanted to get everything done so fast was because I was going on vacation the next week and they really helped me out with great service and a rapid process to get everything done. I think this may be the best medical experience I have had m, and I am so grateful for them. This is certainly the best dental office in DFW.
