I just moved to the area was looking for a new dentist and am glad Cross Timbers was suggested. Jenny did a great job on my cleaning. She made sure I was comfortable and was very diligent with her work. When I came back to start Invisalign, Dr. Medici was very friendly and helpful in ensuring I had what I needed and in explaining the process. Ben has also been a huge help throughout my Invisalign process by ensuring my attachments were applied correctly. Through my experiences with Dr. Medici, Jenny, and Ben, I suggest Cross Timbers dental because of their great friendly staff that cares about their work and make you feel comfortable!

I’ve always had anxiety going to the dentist but Cross Timbers Dental staff is always so friendly and attentive, it’s always a pleasant experience. I’ve been seeing the same dental hygienist Tammy for years and I can honestly say I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned now. She has such a comforting demeanor and truly cares for her patients.

I have been going to Cross Timbers Dental for several years and the office/service is wonderful. The office staff is friendly and efficient, and the dental staff is excellent, being well-skilled. I truly feel like they know who I am and care about my dental health. SO nice to see these days.

Wow. I have never had a dental hygienist as educating, patient, and friendly as Ali. I have been to many dentists in my life, including many that tried to upsell me, didn’t do my free cleaning, or diagnose me with an inaccurate condition. I recently moved to the Flower Mound area and spent an hour looking at Google Reviews to find the right dental office for me. When I walked in, my name was on the board of new customers! This was a really sweet thing to do. I will absolutely be back, and will recommend this office to anyone in the area.

Very friendly and thorough. Straight and to the point. No pressure to do work, just educating you want what needs to be done eventually and why. Most importantly, no judgement and scolding!!! Weird to say this about a dentist office, but I love this place. Sonya, was tremendous putting together my plan and schedule. Very understanding with my personal timeline and made everything work. Also my wife loved her experience as well

I have been going here for over 6 yrs. I love Tammy my hygienist. She is understanding, gentle and the sweetest. Dr Buschel is GREAT I am a big scardy cat when it comes to getting work done. He is patient and understanding. I highly recommend Cross Timbers Dental.
