Absolutely love Dr.Chan! He and his staff are beyond amazing! They always make us feel welcome and comfortable. I, myself have had traumatizing dental experiences growing up which had caused serious dental problems for me now as I stopped going to a dentist once I became an adult. The thought of even taking my young children to a dentist had my anxiety sky high. I was very skeptical at first, BUT as we were leaving our first appointment, I realized , that was it! We had no issues no concerns. Everyone was very friendly and didn't make me or my children feel dumb or uneducated for not knowing something or for lack of proper dental hygiene. We drive from 2 hours away just to be seen by Dr. Chan. Even for a regular cleaning and check up. At a very young age (2&3) my children needed oral surgery which Dr. Chan performed. We could have been blessed with anyone better than him. Honestly! We are so grateful 🙏

Got referred for decay, doctor barely spoke to me about my daughter options. And the worst part, they don't allow parents back in the room!!!!!! Very upset. We waited months for this appointment and my kid is in pain. He did not care.

Dr. Chan and his staff are phenomenal! I drive over an hour each way to have him see my 9 children. He remembers their names, interests and things they spoke of at the last appointment. That means a lot to them and me as a parent. The kids even bond with him talking about cattle and farming. He is an amazing dentist who always seems patient and kind. He takes the time to explain what’s happening to both adult and child in age appropriate terms like "brushing away the sugar bugs." My 3 year old hops up in the chair no complaints and is relaxed and happy as can be. I love the dental hygienists too! They’re all great but Katie is our favorite!! She’s funny and terrific with small children, older ones too. We’re thankful to have all our children’s dental needs met in one place, a place that feels like family. 💗 🦷

Dr.Chan and his staff made my 4 year olds first dentist visit amazing! They were gentle, professional and extremely kind. Thank you guys for such a great experience, he is so excited for his next cleaning!

I have a special needs child and there is no one else I trust to have the patience and understanding that his staff and him have. I have tried other dentists but he is top notch. He just had to pull a couple teeth on my kid and was so quick we didn't realize right away that he had the first one out.

WARNING!! this office does NOT let the parent be with their scared kid during procedures!! We waited months and drove 2 hours for nothing. Do not waste your time.

If i could leave no starts i would! Terrible office staff, for the most part i dont really have complaints with the actual dentist but his office staff is horrible. There rude and should not be working with kids. They let the kids pick a toy at the end. My daughter who is two years old mind you had dropped one if the toys while she was picking one out and it broke mind you these toys are like the 20lb bag of party favors u order off temu so like a kazoo and plastic rings that the jewel falls off and become a chocking hazard. So the office staff slams the toy chest shut barly catching my daughters fongers and said ok were done now. Just rude she was annoyed with my 2 year old for being 2 and made it very clear, they later discharged us for missing an appintment. Honestly they did us a favor cause like i said the office staff are rude and snooty. I did drop the ball and miss the appointment but i had called and stated that i hadn’t heard anything from them in a while and I knew that my son had an appointment coming up so I wanted to check on that cause as a busy mom of two that works full-time and has a son that requires several different kinds of specialty appointments along side of dentist appointments sometimes I rely on the reminder text and calls and that i hadnt heard anything from them in a while she told me that she had called me and left a message when she did not later it came out that they had my old phone number instead of my new phone number even though I updated the phone number for my daughter and my son but they only updated it for my daughter so I was getting calls and text for my daughter but not my son. So instead of saying im sorry it looks like we only updated the number for your daughter they said well thats not my problem and i dont have to remind u of ur appointments its a Courtesy. Maybe its just me but i perfer an office that has a little more compassion for its Patients and has The Patience to work with children. Thank u for helping me move in to a better office in grand blanc who is more Equipped to work with children and busy mothers like myself if u need a great childrens dentist This is not it go to Grand blanc pediatric Dentistry
