My first visit to this office. This staff is great! Front Desk is very friendly and walks you through the check in process. Charlotte did a great job with x-rays. I can’t say enough about the dental hygienist Jasmyn. She is very delicate and thorough! A++ Doctor Timothy Freeman has great bedside manner and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this office.

My porcelain crown fell off and my upper molar punched a hole in it. It was Friday night. They were able to get me in Tuesday morning. All the staffs were very helpful and afable. Dr Lane Medina saw me. She is simply amazing! She explained to me everything i need to know, thorough, very professional and friendly. Got myself a new and harder CEREX blue crown within 35-40 mins. I am very fortunate to have her now as my doctor. 😃

It's not the dentists and their assistants its the office manager Chelsea domingo.just double check what you owe and what your balance is. She likes to do reversals on things you've paid. If she feels some type of way. When that happens you cant go back to a place that made you feel comfortable in a dental setting.

The staff here are very friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience here. They are always super helpful and make it a key point to walk me through my treatment process, including being very transparent about pricing. I would easily recomend this office to any of my friends and family as they truly have your best interest in mind!

My mom needed a new partial for her teeth because the dog chewed her other one. They were very nice, the office is very nice and clean. They are affordable and let my mom make payments for the balance owed.

The dentist and staff were OK not the friendliest people I have come across but the billing was ridiculous. They incorrectly billed my insurance company and took more than 3 months and countless calls to get it fixed. The billing department is always out to lunch whenever I call. I now have a collection company calling me even after they have been paid. I have gotten confirmation on the phone and by mail from my insurance company they have been paid.

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! All around the staff is really incredible. The front desk people are very kind and helpful. I had a deep cleaning done as well as X-RAYS. I believe Taylor was the woman that did the cleaning and she explained everything in depth & gave me literature to bring home about what we did / what to do in the future. Dr. Freeman went over my X-rays with me and explained his recommendation of wisdom tooth removal…. Which I was less than thrilled about because I previously felt like some doctors recommend it when the patient doesn't necessarily need it. He did a crash course in dental school and very in depth explained why it would be beneficial to remove them. He let me ask all my annoying questions and was very kind to reassure my fears about the wisdom tooth removal, as I’ve never had surgery or been out under before. I felt really heard & respected. They got me in super quick and the staff for that procedure was also super kind. Dr.Mayer answered more questions I had and made the seemingly scary process very not scary! This team was incredible and I’d definitely recommend them for any dental needs.
