I had a fantastic experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The hygienist was incredibly sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. When it came time for the exam, the doctor was amazing—they were so thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a team that is both this professional and this kind. I highly recommend them!

We had the best first visit experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. The staff were so kind and welcoming. I brought my daughter with, who is very hesitant about these appointments, and they made her feel so comfortable and she is actually excited to go back. Couldn’t say better things about Dr. Alex Althoff and his staff!

Beautiful facility, very friendly front office staff with great communication. McKayla was my Hygienist and she was very thorough, excellent at communicating what she was doing throughout the cleaning/xray process and overall really nice to visit with during the appointment. The new to me hygienist, Aileen, has a gentle touch with cleaning my teeth and did a thorough cleaning. Best and least stressful teeth cleaning I have had in a long time! Dr DeBates is always wonderful with checking my teeth and love his sense of humor and great personality.

On time, great hygienist, nice surroundings, state of the art equipment. I absolutely love my 2 crowns. Dr. Samuel and his assistant are great problem solvers and matched my teeth perfectly. Saw new Hygienist today as they had an earlier opening because of weather. Her name is Tammy. I felt like I've know her my whole life! Professional, but SO personable. Made me feel so comfortable and welcome!
