We loved our experience at Dr. Phaeton’s. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My daughter is two and enjoyed her trip to the dentist. She even asked to go back. Her peace about visiting the dentist truly makes this place a blessing for me!
Great care for my 2 year old! The staff was super flexible and adjusted their technique as they were able to see what my little was comfortable with. Thank you so much for a great experience Dr. Phaeton and team!
This dental practice is phenomenal. The dentist is very nice, informative, she listens and takes her time to make my son feel comfortable. My son has been coming here since he was 18 months old (he is now 7). Scheduling is very easy and the front desk receptionists are always friendly. They have early hours (7am) and Saturday appointments which makes scheduling more convenient for a busy agenda. My son actually likes going to the dentist. During covid, we have felt safe and they take extra precautions, much like many other places. You can wait in your car, a mask is required and if you need to reschedule, they are flexible. I highly recommend this pediatric dentist!
I’m very surprised about the mixed reviews! Our kids have been seeing Dr. Phaeton for over ten years. We’ve never had any issues with her services, staff, or billing. She is very kind and patient. Their staff is trained to treat children with fears and sensory issues. They have never been dismissive with me or my kids. I needed to speak with Dr.Phaeton before my daughter’s emergency surgery and she called me after-hours to answer my questions without issue. My son is very anxious and the dental hygienists are always phenomenal.
We used them for both dental and orthodontics. We left the dental practice a while ago. They are impatient and unsympathetic with the kids (especially my anxious child) and they don't seem to like parents--they don't want parents to come in the back with the kids at all. We ultimately found another pediatric dentist where both our kids, and we as parents, are much happier. We had signed up for orthodontic treatment with the previous orthodontist at Oasis, Dr. Kil, and then we were told about a year into treatment that he was leaving and being replaced by someone else. (If we had known he was leaving, we would never have signed on for treatment with him in the first place). I met with the new orthodontist once, and then the next time I went in the back to ask questions about my child's treatment, a third, entirely different orthodontist appeared who I had never met or even heard about. Her plan for my child's treatment (which she was pursuing without ever consulting us) was so different from what we were told our child would need in the past, and her plan was so extreme, that we had a lot of questions. We were met with rudeness and defensiveness by the office staff when we tried to ask about it. The orthodontist ultimately convinced us to continue with treatment, but now that the braces are off (after 2+ years of treatment) we have a lot of regrets. We took our child to another orthodontist (who we trust) for a second opinion and they are recommending up to two years of treatment to fix what the orthodontist at Oasis did. Even if it weren't for these issues, you should know that the orthodontist only works at this practice one day a week, which makes scheduling appointments that work in your schedule almost impossible.
Everything related to my daughter’s treatment was explained thoroughly and everyone we interacted with was helpful and very professional. Thank you all so much!
Consistently excellent care. All three of my children are patients ages 11, 10 and 3. Dr. Phaeton is thorough and takes her time answering questions. Her hygienists are caring and put the kids at ease. My three year old even cooperated for x-rays they made her feel so comfortable! And as a mom, I appreciate how clean the office always is. Highly recommend.
