Everything was superlative. Dr Medeiros is very personable. He has great chair manner, great composure, and clearly a genius in his trade. Crystal, the assistant, was also very personal. Everyone had time for small talk and yet the job was done quickly at the same time. A great combination. A terrific rhythm in the office. I highly recommend True Dental if you have teeth problems. New dental practice for me. Everyone was very nice. Hygienist Cindy was very thorough and kind. I was very comfortable with Dr Medieros. He explained my treatments going forward. The girls at the desk are very friendly and patient with me. I process slowly. I am very grateful that I found this office so close to my home.

I was able to get an appointment right away even as a new patient. The girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with Dr. Mel and will be back for my next visit to get my teeth cleaned and continue my relationship with this business.

The staff at True Dental, Mariano Bishop BLVD in Fall River are top notch. If ever you can say you enjoy going to the Dentist, it’s at this practice. Beginning with the front desk staff, to the Hygienists (we Love Jill) & ending with Dr. Lorenz, my family has never been more comfortable and well taken care of.

All the women here are very kind and professional. I've had a few appointments here so far for fillings and they've been very transparent with me about what work I need done, what my options are, and how much the estimated cost is/what's covered by my insurance. My decisions are respected. I've had a filling that probably should've been a root canal and it's holding up great so far, I appreciate that Dr. Lorenz has done such good work on that tooth which I requested the least invasive option for even if it might not have worked.

I had an emergency situation where 2 lower front teeth where so loose that they fell out , in a panic I was able to reinsert them back in , my heart dropped and felt my world ending with embarrassment , especially being a business owner where I deal with customers through out the day. I called true dental in fall river and they where pretty booked up , so I explained my situation and right away got me in as there last patient of the day. Dr. Mederois and his assistant Crystal examined me , and where quick to find a solution to get my teeth back in place and braced them with a splint , yes it's a temporary fix , but looks like it never happened. They treated me like family which is very important to me as to i hate going to places with the word Doctor in it lol. They were able to make me feel whole again and gave me back my confidence to keep smiling. I want to thank them with all my heart for doing what they do best. Thx true dental and staff.

I just had the best appointment experience in my entire life, I literally told all my family about it. I went for a cleaning, but it really felt like a relaxing massage session. I almost felt asleep to the voice of an incredibly nice lady. I definitely recommend!! I would give 5 more stars if I could.
