Aspen Dental - Fall River, MA

My visits are always a great experience. Each encounter whether at front desk or the walk to the examine room is a greeting with a smile and "how have you been or how is your daughter" The team helped me on my journey for my perfect smile for my daughter’s wedding. Dr Steve worked magic and continues that high level of expertise and care with each visit. I have spread the word for everyone to get onboard and choose Aspen Dental because it is a company that has all the new bells and whistles for State of the Art dental care. Judy is wonderful and feels like a family member.

I took my daughter in for multiple extractions. She was extremely nervous prior to the procedure and even nervous about entering the building. I had spoken to Judy prior to settling on Aspen. She was able to explain all of our options and even went over a bit of the standard procedure so I could attempt to ease my daughter’s mind. We were greeted by the front desk staff and asked to fill out some forms. Once the forms were completed, it was only a matter of minutes before she was taken to the back. I believe the procedure lasted approximately 15–20 minutes. She came out completely calm and unaware that the procedure had even been done, which was a huge load off my mind. We were given instructions and the key elements of care were explained to us. We went home, she remained completely calm, tended to the affected area, and is extremely pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Aspen to any of my anxious friends and family.

Great experience here through every part of the process. All of the staff are amazing and courteous people that truly care. My filling was pain free and feels natural. These teeth have never been so clean and white.

My husband was in urgent need to be seen and without hesitation we were able to get an appointment in fast! Judy was absolutely amazing and took my husband step by step of what was to come. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything perfectly that was going on with my husband. Dentist offices aren’t always easy to for us but we always feel so comfortable and at ease at Aspen Dental in Fall River!

Very polite and sweet staff . I have a strong fear of the dentist and what comes with it everyone I came in contact with was very nice. The insurance I have was not covered through them but I continued with my visit as it was an emergency for me. Wish I could stay with the office but I cannot afford it . They definitely deserve their praise

I took my 91 year old father to Aspen for repair/ replacement of damaged lower dentures. The process was smooth and organized. All of the staff we encountered were so pleasant. This experience is so different from a traditional private practice. Check out Aspen dental, they will treat you with great care!

The entire experience was wonderful. The front desk,dental assistants,and the financial manger Judy were all amazing. They were friendly,patient and very kind. Would recommend to anyone looking for dental services.
