25 Stars if I could. After calling around town looking for help to address some concerns I had for a long time nobody wanted to help. Emily the receptionist was compassionate and got me in practically right away. Alyssa the dental assistant, and her colleague who's name I did not catch, showed lovely personality, compassion, care, and useful experience in getting me set up and through X-Rays I was not looking forward to. I was excited to be able to see Dr. Saxe, who's sterling reputation precedes her, as a gentle, thorough, clear, and non-judgmental Dentist. She was glad to answer all of my questions about my immediate concerns and plans down the road. They all listen to you when its too much and exercise patience. You can tell they just actually care. All of the receptionist staff were so friendly. The wait was almost non-existent. The facility looks either recently remodeled or exceptionally clean. In comparison, you will find many reviews of other offices with cold staff and intimidating practitioners. This was the complete opposite. Everyone was affable, showed they cared, and listened. Everyone should go here. I could not recommend further. Thank you so much! In one experience I went from being petrified to go to eager for my next visits. Great job ladies. You've earned a patient for life and referrals from anyone who will listen! I can't thank you all enough. Please continue making a difference for folks like me.
Had an emergency, they were able to see me as a new patient the same day and extract the tooth, they were so nice and did a perfect job. It's the day after and I'm pain free, not even any soreness from the extraction!
I went here a few years ago and vowed never to go back after I felt shamed by the hygienist. The staff was rude. I am glad my insurance is not accepted there any longer because I would never go back. My teeth are not even in that bad of shape and I still was made to feel ashamed and scolded. The only good thing about this location is that they take Care Credit, which is a plus, but I would never go back there. I guarantee nothing has changed. No second chances after being made to feel like dirt.
I am needing a root canal done, have the appointment set up but they can’t get me in for close to a month. My tooth really started bothering me to the point where I can’t sleep or eat. I called my dentist which is the one on 1st Ave. my dentist was out of the office they wanted me to call Dr. Conrad’s office. I explained to them what was going on and that the pain was so bad I was willing to pull the tooth. Now, I was just in my home office less than 2weeks ago. Dr. Conrad did not want to pull wanted to place me on antibiotics and pain meds. Ok fine, just make the pain stop. The nurse gets back on the phone and says we can’t give you pain medication because you’re on SSRI’s. Are you serious right now? Half of the population is on some type of head med. I call my regular doctor, he can’t prescribe the medication because he hasn’t seen me for the tooth problem, completely understand this ( I’m a nurse) they, my regular doctor, doesn’t understand why they won’t prescribe me anything by for the pain for at least a few days until the antibiotics kick in. The dentist office then tells me to have my doctor fax a note stating I can have said medications. Guess who's closed until Tuesday? They knew what they were doing. They knew I was in a ton of pain. They don’t care. Their answer to me was go to the hospital. Are you freaking kidding me? They just lost a ton of business. I’ve been going here since I was a little kid, my daughter goes here and I used to recommend it to everyone. Now I’m in search for a new dentist. Dr. Conrad you should do some continued education on meditation and do some research on people with SSRI’s as well. I guarantee I’m not the only one you’ve disappointed in not being to help.
I see Dr. Conrad and Tessa, and they're both amazing! I don't plan on ever leaving this office. The staff have always been kind and friendly. They are honest and upfront about costs related to dental work which I appreciate very much!
My daughter broke her tooth at school. She would be a new patient at TriState, but that didn't stop them from getting her scheduled that same day. They did everything needed in that one appointment. Her tooth looks great. This was only dentist that would see her same day since she was new. I was glad she didn't need to be in pain all night. Thank you TriState.
The entire staff is very kind & takes their time making sure your teeth are in the best shape possible! Tessa did a fantastic job & makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
