If I had a choice to take my children somewhere else I would. I have never been treated so poorly by any kind of medical office personnel before. I needed to change my daughter’s upcoming appointment because she could not make it AND I needed to have her scheduled with her siblings 6 months out for her next cleaning. The lady at the desk just cancelled her upcoming appointment and scheduled her for 6 months out with her siblings without setting up a new appointment for her. At first she just told me the date for the 6 month cleaning and I was confused so I told her that I also needed to reschedule her current appointment and she looked and the other receptionist and from across the room that other receptionist started yelling at me that she, "heard what you said and you said reschedule!" and they both started making a huge yelling scene about how I was wrong and they "heard what you said". I was not confrontational AT ALL and was completely shocked at the way they reacted to my question. I have NEVER been yelled at by a receptionist or made fun of in the way that these two women did. Their behavior was appalling!!!! And it was right in front of of my children and everyone else in the waiting room. Multiple times they have tried to put a crown on my son’s tooth that didn’t need a crown, initially only telling me it was to fix a filling. So I took him somewhere to get a second opinion and that dentist quickly threw a small filling in without even having the numb the area because it was so minor and that filling lasted for 5 years with no problems until the baby tooth fell out. They also like to have you make another appointment just to come back and get the sealer on the molars which is crazy why they cannot just do it like every other dentist at the time of the original appointment. These are some of the many issues we have had going to this dentist over the years. It is so frustrating and the horrible way I was treated was unacceptable.
Staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. That’s the only positive take away. The facility was filthy. The floors were disgusting. I was informed my son needed extensive work done with zero explanation. I attempted to ask questions, but was given very little attention to my concerns. We were then rushed out of the door. We won’t be back.
The ladies at the front desk, helped me get the 5 pages of documentation done. I don’t like trying to read and do so much on my phone, so the one lady brought me printed forms, for the 2nd child, which already had some of the blanks filled in. I had my 2 grandchildren (a brother and sister) in there, and had to complete the same forms for both, so 10 pages. It would have been helpful to only sign once for the privacy info, and the other general information forms. I did not feel communication was adequate for it being our first time there. I was not told wether I could attend the evaluations with the 6 and 7 year olds, and after they were brought back out to me, I was just told what they needed, such as 3 baby teeth pulled, with no details about the number of visits it would take, if gas would be used or the gum would be numbed up. I was advised to go to the desk to schedule, after which I was told the kids would be put on a call list, and it could be June of next year before I would get an appointment for their dental work . I was given a card for their next cleanings in April, and another card with a July date, not sure if that was the first dental work appointment available, with the possibility of a sooner appointment, if called. Communication not detailed.
Honestly you deserve zero stars my little brother traumatized with nightmares because of pippin dental!!! In 2022 my brother got wisdom teeth done they spotted a small mass where they should of removed where my brother kept his jaw but no they waited 3 years that was size of golf ball to removed the mass with his part of jaw bone but that not worst of it all!!! before his procedure they told my family that he's going be put down for this have pain meds after the surgery. butttttttt no hes fully awake throughout this procedure they gave him 2 shots numbing meds and small amount laughing gas that was it !!!! The nurse brought him back laughing said everything went fine then left didnt give instructions or what looking for nothing !!!!So now his primary dr gathering all his information getting to bottom of this cause his procedure should have been done in a surgery room where a low pressure environment plus steriled room not in open air environment where bacteria flying around where they did multiple surgery back to back not given time to clean sterilize room i recommend if you have kids go somewhere else cause all they care about money not your kids health or mental health just FYI we are getting ahold for a lawyer for damages, trauma, and malpractices cause this shouldn't happened at all !!!!!!!
We have had nothing but problems from this office. Most recently my 15 year old son was told he needed a silver cap on one of his adult teeth. I’ve never seen an adult tooth with a silver cap, so I questioned it. Now I wish I would have went with my gut. The cap is too big, he can’t shut his mouth, and it is still causing him so much pain after 10/11 days that he takes Tylenol every morning and afternoon. So I have been calling this office over and over every day, no one from that office will ever answer! The office it gets bumped to always says they sent an office note to call and marked it as emergent and patient with pain, for 3 days straight now and still not a call back.
They were able to get him right in a take care of the problem .. huge thank you to everyone involved and merry Christmas the staff was amazing and funny great atmosphere and experience would definitely recommend they but the patient needs above all
I didn't take my kids here. Their uncle did. My daughter(12) and son(9) have been here multiple times. My son said it was great. My daughter HATED it. She had to crowns for her cavities when she was 4-5 and they'd stayed on until of 2023-now. She "apparently" has to get new ones just for two AND they left a little bit to "show" where it is. When her grandmother and grandfather took her they had to wait almost two hours JUST for cleaning. And they thought she was getting a check up/new crown. Never taking them back.
