Kind a disappointment because we waited 3 months for this appointment today 12/17/2025 and did not get any reminders call or text. I called last week to check in but the machine answered so I put my phone numbers for them to call me back but no call back from them. I called today and just found out today is my daughter appointment but now they will need her insurance to verify but will take 48 hours meaning we have to reschedule and their next opening for new patients is in June. I picked this place to make to go to because reviews is good but not I would not recommend to family and friends. Thank you

I was a walk in today. I broke my front tooth and they had me in almost immediately. Took X-rays of the tooth and came up with a plan to get the ball rolling on fixing it. All staff was very courteous and professional. I appreciate them seeing me as quickly as they did. Thank you Familia Dental..

If I could give a zero I would. My daughter took my Autistic grandson in to this place and they called cps on her because of his teeth. They definitely need to be more educated on special needs children. If you have a special needs child, I do not recommend this place

I shared what we had been through over the summer with insurance and her initial dental home, trying to get my 3 year old autistic daughter the care she needed and was given a short list of dentists to contact, including the one that was a part of our journey, THAT WE HAD ALREADY been to. Did they even listen to anything I had to say and how it had been a struggle finding a new office to get her in on our new insurance, clearly not.I can not specifically say who did it, but if ANY of them had ANY experience with autism and their teeth health and challenges maybe they would have thought twice about their choice to file a report with CPS claiming that I am doing nothing about my child's teeth after spending 2 hours as a walk in just hoping for an earlier appointment than the one we had scheduled for the following week. I cancelled both mine and my daughter's appointments that we had coming up because if they didn't listen or care then, why would they care or listen a week later? Luckily I have all the paperwork and emails and appointments as proof to everything we have done and are trying to do so the case will be cleared in no time. I should have listened to my better judgment because every time I go around or past that office there are always sketchy people outside making it a bit uncomfortable to walk in. If you have special needs or a child with special needs, I do not recommend this place AT ALL. The receptionist sitting in chairs at the front were very kind to my daughter and myself.

Very thankful they could get me in so quickly my daughter was complaining of tooth pain. She’s five years old so they couldn’t do anything for her then get her a referral which is very helpful since I just moved back down to the area but still was very nice, Dr Kani was very sweet to both me and my daughter. I really liked the assistant as well I didn’t catch her name but she had a pixie cut and red hair 👩‍🦰 thank you ladies

Everything went smoothly!! The staff is really great and they all seemed to be a great team. So glad to finally get this done and hopefully before Christmas, to feel human again!! I'm more than pleased and glad I actually got referred to them Crossing my fingers and praying that the rest of my visits go quickly and smoothly 🙏 Thank you, Familia Dental!!

I took my 3yr old to his first dentist appointment here. He was so scared but as soon as we walked in the door they greeted him and just really helped get him comfortable with the dentist office. 10/10 positive reviews for all interactions with dental assistant/ dentist/ front dest! Thankyou!
