Evansville Main Street Family Dental is excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and very prompt in returning my phone call. They were able to schedule me for an appointment the very next day, which I really appreciated. I had tried several other dental offices beforehand and kept getting the run-around, but Evansville Main Street took me in with no problems at all. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. This is definitely where I’ll be going for my dental care from now on.

Front desk staff and my hygienist were nice. Dr H was nice, but I did not find him thorough in his work and explanations. At first, it seemed like a good thing that he wasn’t going to tell me to have a bunch of unnecessary work done, but this ended up hurting me more than helping. I actually did need the work he said was not an issue. I went to them for a comprehensive exam just to come home and find a dark spot on the back of my molar and a slight crack. He hadn’t mentioned this at all. I called back and advised I was upset that this wasn’t mentioned because this was my last exam of the year for my insurance… I had also been having some pain in that tooth recently. Dr H had the front office tell me that I could come back in the next day and he would see me "to ease my own mind." I was thinking, okay maybe I didn’t clearly notify him of the pain, but also wanted to be upfront that I was upset that he didn’t even mention anything being there. He looked again and didn’t think it was a big deal based on how much his tool caught the crack/how sticky surface was and sent me on my way. Was told we would "watch it." I didn’t feel right about this and I decided to go to another local dentist office (All in the Family). My experience there felt way more thorough, I felt listened to, and they explained everything to me. I had all my problems addressed and am on my way to feeling confident about my teeth again. I hope Dr H can be more helpful to others based off of this feedback. Patients cannot see everything that a dentist can and if we aren’t told about the details (as small as they may seem), we cannot make informed decisions on our next steps. Thanks.

I was down from Canada for my son’s wedding and I lost my front temporary crown. From the initial phone call to finished appointment was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was Very kind and helpful . Thank you so much for saving my day!!!

Dr Tromley is fantastic as well as his staff! He takes time to explain what he’s doing. They make each individual patient feel special! As for those who are scared to go to the dentist, he’s very gentle. I have referred several people to him and will continue!!
