The people are nice, but they do not listen to your input on treatment. When I asked for an estimate for a more economical treatment, they instead gave me an estimate for a treatment plan that was thousands of dollars more than the economical treatment. I am going to find a different dentist that will listen to me instead of trying to sell me a treatment plan that costs as much as a new car.

i get my teeth cleaned with aspen dental every 6 months…my teeth feel so clean and healthy! thank you for informing me on how to properly take care of my teeth! i will continue to come to aspen for my cleanings☺️ i would recommend aspen to all my friends and family

I went for the first time in a few years yesterday, and everyone was so nice and helpful with information. I was very nervous but they made me feel very comfortable. Today I was feeling like I had made a mistake on part of my treatment plan and they were so helpful and understanding helping me resolve that, while letting me know they are there to help me along my dental journey. 10/10 recommend.

I had 20 teeth extracted on December 11, 2025 and received immediate dentures. From the beginning, my bite has been off, and my top denture curves downward and looks like children’s teeth, which is extremely disappointing—especially after paying extra for the Signature package instead of the Classic. I have been back multiple times for adjustments, but I personally have to call each time to get back into the office. There is no routine follow-up scheduled. With immediate dentures, fit changes almost daily during healing, and patients should not have to chase care. There should be regular follow-up appointments every couple of weeks, not just a delayed reline around the two-month mark. What makes this worse is the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude from some staff members. You can hear how patients are spoken to while sitting in the lobby. A few employees clearly take their jobs seriously, but others do not. I hope my permanent dentures turn out great, and I am willing to update this review once that happens. As of now, the experience does not match the cost or expectations of the higher-tier package

I went in for a cracked and sore tooth in hopes of getting it fixed or something given for the pain. Only did xrays and had to schedule another appointment to fix the problem. Nothing for the pain. My whole mouth and head hurts like i have an infection in my gums. I've taken so many pain pills and no relief. I ended up contacting another dental office the next morning and ended up having an infection in my gums after they checked after I kept telling Aspen I felt like I had an infection in my gums. So now im on antibiotics until I can get my extraction. Not a good experience for me. I saw some of the bad reviews but i wanted to give them a chance anyway since everyone's experience is different. Never again.

Monica Did an excellent job with my care. Her friendly nature made me feel comfortable and walked me through every step of the way. She is a great asset!

Everyone was so nice and polite. I felt very comfortable. I go back Thursday to get a lot of teeth pulled and new dentures. I’ll let you all know how that goes.
