I’ve been coming to this dental office for a while now, and every visit has been a great experience. Even when it’s after business hours I am always able to get a hold of them for an emergency. The staff is always friendly and professional, and Dr. Chen is wonderful. Janet at the front desk also deserves a special shout-out. She’s so helpful, patient, and welcoming every single time. She always goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of and makes the whole check-in process smooth and stress free, she truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care and a team that truly cares.

I have been going to Dr. Chen for many years. I am very happy with The Radiant Smile! The staff are very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. I have been seeing Dr. Chen since 2003 and i drive an hour and a half each way to see him for the past 14 years. Once you find a dentist you trust, you stick with them. I was never pressured into doing unnecessary work, i was given good advice and great service whenever i did have an issue. The office is top notch and staff has been there for years which says a lot. I always deal with the same people, they know me and i know and trust them. Like many others, i hated going to the dentist before Dr. Chen, but he always made me feel very comfortable, very numb when i needed to be 🙂 and i really appreciated that! I have had many different procedures elective and necessary and i have never experienced any issues after or ever again. His work is top notch! As long as he is there, that is where I will be going!

My husband Peter recommended this dentist and even though we live over an hour away, he is well worth the trip. I have never met a more compassionate Dentist than Dr. Charlie Chen. He and the staff are so flexible and kind that it is a pleasure to go there. And his competence is beyond measure. He does everything.
