Dr. Bowden provided excellent care during my crown procedure and cleaning. Every staff member in the office is friendly and welcoming. Carmen, in particular, was gentle, attentive to my needs, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Bowden is the most professional, and absolute best dentist in town for me, and my family!! The entire team is caring, and patient, with a smile 😃 The atmosphere is warm, and inviting. For someone like me, who can’t take pain, and hates going to the dentist, I have no complaints ♥️

My first time there for something serious and got it done that same day. The office is very transparent and very welcoming. Definitely helped my fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Bowden showed me my x-rays and discussed what needed to be done. The assistants were comforting during the whole appointment. Starting from the representative that helped assist I felt this office wouldn’t disappoint. Will be going as a future patient!

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they all like working there. Loved the attention to detail and customer service. Never felt like I was being scammed into anything and they even gave me a $5 gift card to a local bakery as thanks for choosing them. Excited for my wife to start going here too.

Had to get in quick for a dental checkup before a medical procedure. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming! Dr Bowden was also very welcoming and excellent. Will most definitely be back in the future!

My family and I relocated to Illinois from Ohio. One difficult part of the transition has been finding new doctors/dentists. For my family, we all LOVED our dentist and his staff. I have tried two dentists, prior to Bowdental. All while both were fine, they didn't remotely compare to the experience that we had in Ohio. So far, my wife and I have both had our initial visit with Bowdental, and could not be more pleased with the our dentists and the staff. We are both looking forward to getting to know them better and having them provide service to our entire family.
