I have always had a great experience and a solid business relationship with the staff at Artful Smiles. The hospitality, warmth professionalism, attention to detail and the great care that they give to patients in the community always exceeds expectations and is greatly appreciated. The dental office is always neat and clean. The equipment and machinery are always well maintained, up to date and clean. The office staff are always very friendly, accommodating and courteous every time I visit. I always have positive interactions with Stephen the hygienist and Dr. Victoria Korol. It is wonderful to see the great impact and the profound role that Artful Smiles Dental Studio has in working to provide the best Dental care and the outstanding customer service for patients, their friends, family and the community. I'm truly grateful and thankful for the hard work that they continue to do every day.

I’ve passed this dental office many times, and it has always caught my eye. I often wondered what type of office it was. After losing my spot at my previous dental office—since it returned to pediatric-focused care—I decided to give Artful Smiles a call and make an appointment. To my surprise, they had an opening the very next day. As soon as I walked through the doors, I got a good feeling. From the décor alone, I could tell this was an office that truly cares about its patients. Not to mention, the music playing was a great perk too! I was taken care of exceptionally well. The tests and exam were top-notch. Everything about the condition of my teeth, the issues present, and the treatment plan was explained to me in thorough detail. I even told the hygienist that it felt like my first real dental experience—because I had never received such excellent care before. After the hygienist’s detailed and careful work, I received the same level of attention from the dentist. Together, we developed a plan to address existing issues as well as the cosmetic concerns I personally wanted to improve. I’m genuinely glad that my former dental office removed me from their patient list—because it led me to Artful Smiles. I’m so happy I drove down Chicago Avenue and decided to give them a chance. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. In fact, I will recommend it to everyone I know!

I had a wonderful experience having my teeth cleaned at Artful Smiles. I was seen right away, and the hygienist Steven was easily the best I have ever seen. He was thorough, thoughtful, helpful, and really went above and beyond. He really helped me understand how my teeth are doing, what potential concerns may be, and what I can / should do about it. He did an amazing job, and I would highly highly recommend him!

I had never had a bad experience with a dentist until I came to Artful Smiles. My teeth aren't especially sensitive, but this cleaning was very rough and painful. They wanted to apply a medication to deal with an issue that seemed to arise from the rough cleaning--when I was hesitant they pressured me into getting the medication by weaponizing my medical history. At no point did they inform me that the medication wouldn't be covered by insurance and would be a significant out-of-pocket cost. After the very long cleaning they gave me an even longer pitch for Invisalign, even after admitting my teeth aren't in need of adjustment. When I left they tried to schedule me for another cleaning in less than 6 months even though I pointed out that wouldn't be covered by insurance. I was rattled by the experience and never went back, but I've just received a bill for the visit a full two years later. My feeling throughout was that this practice is driven by profit rather than care for their patient's health. Very scammy and unsettling ("artful" is an apt name!)--I wouldn't recommend that anyone go here.

It was an amazing experience. The office is beautiful and the staff is friendly. Went in for my check up. They have all these accommodation that help with patient comfort. I got the undereye patches. It was awesome because my eye was really puffy that day. It was relaxing and helped with my puffy left eye. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.

I’ve been going to Artful Smiles for years, and would never even consider going elsewhere for dental care - they are the best of the best. All of the staff are friendly and caring. I really feel like they listen to my needs and go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable during cleanings and procedures. 10/10 recommend!

I am thoroughly impressed by Artful Smiles Dental Studio. Steven, my hygienist, cleans with such precision and care. Dr. Korol provided a calm and engaged assessment of my hygiene and crafted a wonderful nightguard that fits like a glove. All the staff are wonderful and thoughtful. I am happy that I have switched to their office for my dental needs. I cannot recommend them enough.
